We rented the hummer limo for our wedding. We got ready and guest stayed at Kimpton Hotel. Venue…read morewas only a few blocks away (.4 miles) at Foundation for the Carolinas. The few pickup and drop offs were discussed prior to booking the limo but obviously never relayed to the driver. The driver had no idea where he was going so we had to stop him after we were driving for a while and give him the address to the venue. After dropping the bridesmaids off, he sat at the venue at 4pm and never moved to get the groomsmen until my mother-in-law stopped taking pictures and went out to tell him to go back and pick up the groomsmen up for pictures. After the 2nd trip to bring the groomsmen the driver just sat outside the venue and our guest staying at Kimpton Hotel had to call uber or a taxi to get to the venue. So embarrassing and tacky. We booked the limo for 8 hours!!!!! He only had to take 3-4 trips from Kimpton Hotel to Foundation for the Carolinas which is ***ONLY .4 miles*** driving distance. But instead just thought he was dropping the bridesmaids and bride off and would sit for 8 hours.... Seriously? Who would think that's all you need to do for 8 hours of work. So disappointed and embarrassed on my wedding day.
