I get off work at 3pm and with a time preset they are their waiting for Me to take home. So now they take me to and from work daily. The price is by the mile with 2.50 start price. I also noticed how professional the driver was. And the world wants robot cars. Anyways I rate this company 5stars. Driver was friendly but once the ride was underway the air conditioner in the vehicle did not operate properly leaving both of us sweltering in the vehicle for the entire 1.5 hr ride (Greenville to Columbia) on a 90+ degree day. I was traveling for business and had to shower upon arriving to my destination. Because the experience did not meet the advertised "enjoy a relaxing ride with SC Shuttle services" I reached out to the owner/manager requesting a partial refund because though I did get to my destination but it was very uncomfortable. Rather than respond to my inquiry proactively the managed/owner waited for me to call and then argued that the AC worked fine despite the driver having told him about the AC issue too (which he admitted to in our phone conversation). He was not in the vehicle so he wouldn't know. He said he would not be willing to even consider a refund based on my experience. I consider myself a reasonable person and was disappointed with this outcome. An Uber or Lyft would have been a better and more comfortable option .

They will do shuttle service for groups, weddings, concerts, airport, etc. I spoke to other shuttle services, however, they were not prompt with their replies. I was contacted the same day I called Walker's and had everything booked. When I landed I spoke to Mary (owner) and she was at the curbside pick up within minutes of us talking. I would highly recommend their service!
