First off, I don't understand how they have 4.5 stars. DiCiccio Freeman should have 5 stars all around. From the start you're greeted by these wonderful ladies at the desk at your appointment. The office is extremely clean, like Monica clean(from friends). I checked in for my appointment the staff offered me water while I waited. There's also a keurig with lots of pod options if you prefer coffee. Susan did mine and my daughter's initial intake. She was fantastic and just a wonderful person. Her energy and friendliness made you feel welcomed. You can definitely tell she loves her job and loves being there. All of the doctors are great there. We absolutely loved Dr. Park. She's so sweet and kind. Dr. DiCiccio saw me at my most recent visit and he's an absolute delight. He made me feel comfortable. I usually take my son with me since I don't have child care during the week. The staff there are so accommodating and offer him a cookie to keep him entertained while I'm being seen. They truly make you feel like family and I can't express how grateful I am to be in their care. I look forward to continue orthodontic treatments and also future visits for my children as well. read more

Now the mom of two kiddos in braces I find myself telling my kids everything my mom would tell me. Brush your teeth, watch what you eat, stop touching your braces, on and on I truly sound like my mother. We could not be anymore happier with the staff and of course the doctors. My daughter needed braces at 8 and I was hesitant as I felt she was too young. The staff assured me it was for the best and even though she had a few broken brackets they never mad her feel bad and she looked forward to going into the office. Always amazing! The staff is always super friendly and both locations are so inviting and have cool themes. It makes getting braces a little less intimidating. My teen is currently a patient and they are gentle and answer all his questions with such care. That's the thing here they care about you and you never feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Every bracket break (not often) or issue that came up they fit him in the schedule and took care of it fast with no extra charge. My daughter is now going to the kid's program where they give Free visits leading up to the time she would needs braces. Let me just say Britney and Kim are amazing and the absolute sweetest. The Orthodontist are easy going knowledgeable and friendly. look them up on social media and see how much fun getting braces can be. read more

Today I got my braces off and it was bittersweet. While I'm beyond satisfied with my new smile, I'm sad I won't be visiting this amazing office and interacting with their fabulous staff on a regular basis anymore. The office is always immaculate and inviting, they have special gems like Jensen, Brandi and Jess who make each visit feel more like a catch up session with friends rather than an orthodontist visit and they go the extra mile with little details like the offer of water upon entry or a warm chocolate chip cookie at the end. Great office and very nice staff. I went in for a consultation and was completely pleased with the experience. Carol, who handled my paperwork, was great and the orthodontist, Pat DiCiccio, was great. He took time to talk with me about the possibilities, didn't hard sell at all (which I really dislike when dealing with medical professionals), and he seemed to know a whole lot more than the orthodontist I went to in Beverly Hills. Our family relocated to the area and we needed an ortho that could continue the Damon system treatment our daughter needed. I was at first nervous we were either going to be overcharged or receive poor treatment. Neither happened. They were extremely fair with the pricing and after speaking with the doctor I knew instantly he knows his job very well. Everyone in the place is very friendly. I've finished my Invisalign treatment after 15 months. I was one of their older patients (started treatment at age 68) and previously had my teeth straightened during the dark ages of orthodontia in 1962. Dr. DiCiccio and all of his team treated me gently and efficiently. I'm very happy with the results. They always saw me on time, got me in a couple of times when I had minor emergencies, and all the staff are friendly and good-natured. You can tell they enjoy working together and are a good team. Dr. DiCiccio is a wonderful and caring man. On top of his fine professional skills. His staff, especially Susan, go about their business with professionalism and grace. We ultimately did not use Diciccio for braces because my son is going away to college, which is unfortunate for Dr.Diciccio , but good for us. Everyone is so friendly and personable, my child had an amazing experience there, the office is top of the line and designed with the patient in mind. Awful staff! My daughter have the latest tech there's out there for braces, unfortunately she couldn't finish treatment. I called different offices and this one is by far the worse, not helpful at all, rude besides the waiting on the phone just to say I should go somewhere as if I was coming from Western Dental. They must be doing amazing to turn you down without even looking at you. I'm glad I had this experience before starting anything!!!!!!!! read more
