Do not recommend this place! Waiting time can be over 45 mins to over an hour. I had to leave before because we couldn't sit and wait that long. Supervisor called to apologize and offered me a gift card next time we came in. Never got the gift card and then had to sit and wait again for my child to be seen. Your time is NOT important to them. The manager even told me they know the waiting time is an issue and they're working on it. (Doesn't seem like anything has changed). We are definitely not the only ones who have complained about this. We chose to take my other child to a different orthodontist since dealing with unique and it is a night and day difference. We will never return here. They also have a sign at the front that if you leave a good review you get a Starbucks gift card. read more

So annoyed at todays visit for my daughters brace appointment... First my fiancé got a call that we missed our appointment... Then the same day I get a text saying our appt was for March 10th at 4:00. We get to our appointment at 3:45 pm and I go out to wait as usual in my car... I come back in at 4:50 and my daughter is still sitting waiting to be called. So I speak to the lady at the front desk and she says what's her name and her birth date and we give it to her... She says oh she's next... I sit down and I wait and they call 5 more people to the back.... Now the lobby is jam packed full and the lady who said she was next is helping everybody else as we sit here waiting... I don't like to complain but I am not happy at all... Especially when my payments are never late... Bring a lunch! read more

I got referrals from my dentist to get new retainers from this place. I came Saturday to talk about price and everything. They said insurance doesn't cover it and it cost $475 for both retainers. They told me to come Thursday for an appointment to do mold and it will be done the same day for later pickup. I paid in cash . They said it will be ready Tuesday my next appointment. Here comes Tuesday and my appointment start at 9:45 and I came in early around 8:50 and they called me in and I waited just for them to tell me my retainers not ready. They told me go back to lobby and wait 15 mins . Now it 10:07 . I'm still waiting . I see a lot workers. Also said for the future If I wanted to get retainer check the fee is $75 since I'm not patient here . read more

Honestly this place used to be amazing, they helped me gain my smile back however when I had a simple issue instead of telling me over the phone how much new retainers would be they made me come in, wasting my time and money, and told me that it would be 400$ and no insurance will cover it, I used to have a good opinion on this place, I don't know what happened but now it seems all they care about is the money. As a former patient of Dr. B you will have an excellent experience at this office. They have a lot of incentives for you as a patient. They even have video games for the kids. I went to Unique ortho in feb 2019, from the start Michelle and Dr. Bayrakdarian and the entire staff have been soooooo amazing!!!!! They say they clean after every client but they don't. I found dirty rubber bands on the arm chair from the previous client. They need to wipe down and sanitize the chair after each client please. read more

Would post 0 stars if I could. Got braces 10 years ago and recently went back to remove permanent aligners. Lady answering the phone was very rude and kept trying to get me off the phone when asking questions. Once at my appt to take these off they were very dismissive and judgmental as I asked to have them remove my aligners due to receiving aligners through Byte. Drs were very rude. So glad I'm not receiving services with them anymore!! read more

Do not recommend this place if you try to reschedule you have to wait a month or 2 just to reschedule!! I've waited in the waiting room before for one hour!
