Over the phone, he was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a quick run-down of all the different services they provide and an accurate quote for an inspection on the house. Sven invested four hours of his time at the property and found over 148 issues with a property that we thought was close to turnkey. He also offered a discount with our next inspection. It is hard to overstate how professional he is and how much he cares about his craft. You would be incredible lucky to work with Sven and his team. They are honest, thorough and will teach you so much about home inspection even if you've been through the process several times.
