Our initial office contact was with Jacqueline and she was great but then Chrissy took over and I can't say enough about her! She was always available for questions and despite being super busy she was able to move our project date up to accommodate our earlier closing date and communicated with our town building inspector throughout. At the house, Roger, Ross and Aaron were efficient, thorough and personable. They were really nice guys who left the front of the house the same way it looked before they pulled the tank out! The "trained by" person doesn't have the years of experience to know what to look for and see what's there. I provided tons of info, there was evidence of moisture, had many health symptoms of mold and still he found nothing, it was all a-ok (???) Next testing, did not fall for the "trained by" listings and hired an owner that found it all, because he spotted the things that were there all along. It would have been nice to know then instead of waiting.... Plus there is no savings in hiring a "trained by" because the charges are the same. Could use that wasted cash for the present cleanup.

Charles has been phenomenal in helping us decide if a house we are considering buying is safe for our health issues (and, if not, what we can do to make it safe. the tests aren't all back yet!). Tho he had to travel quite a way, his inspection was meticulous and beyond thorough. He spent nearly 8 hours going into every nook and cranny. He knows where to look, how to ensure the home is safe including the furnace and HVAC system. He was also very careful with making sure we would not overspend on unnecessary tests which we appreciate (altho we went for some more expensive ones at the get go anyway). And then after that full day, he hustled to make fedex to ensure the tests would be evaluated in a safe and expeditious timeline and THEN dropped off the cultures to the lab in person. Further, bc of the purchase timeline, he rescheduled other clients to be able to assess our house so we could get all tests back within our inspection timeline. He is also very well versed on newer technologies and proper remediation techniques for air handling and venting systems. Highly, highly ,highly recommend!

I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this inspection service and would strongly caution…read moreagainst using them. In addition to losing my radon test, being unresponsive to my questions about said radon test and my questions about the obvious lead paint on the property, they also signed off on the oil tank, which was as old as the midcentury house, leaking, and had PVC pipe that was not up to code. Within months of my purchase, my oil provider put me on the stop fill list because my tank was not up to code, costing me more than $4k to replace in order to be able to get oil to be able to heat my home in sub-freezing weather with a toddler in the house. I brought this to their attention more than a week ago with no response. I am deeply disappointed with their work and have since had great experiences with other inspectors since, whom I would gladly recommend. Do not trust the Trusted Inspection Services.
