Dear Rob, I filed a claim to have my sunroof repaired. There was water damage to my headliner, it…read moregot wet and is sagging. Your adjuster referred me to caliber collision, they both were clear that the upholstery repair would have to be subbed because caliber collision does not repair upholstery. When I call State Farm to complete the claim to have my headliner repaired, they told me that Caliber collision had the sagging headliner cleaned, and that there was no water damage, that water leaking in from my shattered sunroof over time...wouldn't damage the headliner. This was the best excuse State Farm had to deny my claim. State Farm and Caliber Collision are obviously in cahoots and I detect shady practices. After seventeen years with you and State Farm, I will be changing insurance provider expeditiously. Thanks for nothing State Farm, all those years of premiums we paid, you got us good.
