Twice, we drove up and it was totally empty even though their hours said they were open online. When we came up, they were closed for a reservation. Once, we got in line and waited for 30 minutes and the line moved about 10ft total. We were still 20ft from the window. This is not a joke. If you want to try it, I would suggest checking their social media or calling in advance. There is no real schedule during baseball season and it can be an extremely frustrating experience.
