I ordered the tropical salmon and was side eyeing the coconut a little, but wow... it all came together perfectly. Sweet, tangy, and the salmon was cooked exactly right. Service never disappoints, and whoever was behind the bar deserves a shoutout because that blackberry margarita was dangerous. I went back for round two and I'm not sorry about it. Dessert was a dense chocolate cake that didn't even last long enough for a photo, which says everything. The Alfredo sauce when I tried it was lovely, not so thick and "artery clogging" as some Alfredo can be, but coated the noodles beautifully and packed a flavorful punch. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the pineapple and coconut in the rice made for an amazingly delicious dish.
