Absolutely worst experience I have had or seen from a repair shop. Not only did they lie to me about what they had fixed on my vehicle, but after replacing what they did not need to replace, telling me that they tested the headlights and taillights and both were in working condition, along with other mechanical issues, I find that they took my brand new bulbs out of my headlights and did not replace them, they broke my back tightlight bulb and did not replace it, they drained my engine coolant and engine oil and never refilled either, leaving me to spend more money that I did not have at the time, to fix the mistakes that they had created! I will never recommend a place such as Dick's body shop to anyone. Words can't describe how incredibly awful my experience was. read more
