That is why I went to someone else, lack of concern. By the way I had to do that another 4 or 5 times, it all appeared to the new mechanic, as I'm sure it would have to you, as it not being done correctly to begin with, I had to agree. In regard to the exhaust that was put on I appreciate the wheelchair discount I wasn''t expecting it, nor did I realize it, but Thank You! If you also remember I had to come back twice also within a short period of time, to have new welds put on, due to failure of the one weld that was holding up the whole exhaust tail section. If you also remember there were at least three exhaust mount points available to be welded, but weren't. It eventually was fixed, and for that I Thank You. The reason why I didn't come back to have you put it up on a hoist is because all the hoses are now replaced and the old greasy dirty bolts aren't greasy anymore because they have been cleaned due to the new repairs, also I wonder why the old pump was never shown, if it's for reason of core charge it could have been presented to me then returned for core reimbursement. That single thing would have answred it all.

The owner had also tried to overcharge us as well as lie about towing prices i happened to grow up in a family who not only owns a towing company but also runs a garage and junkyard. This man is very unprofessional very unpleasant and very dangerous to work with i would never recommend him for anything.
