Academy Sports is extremely clean and well organized, plus each department is easy to find. Sale items were clearly marked and quickly caught our attention. My bike looked like it had a makeover. GAH! Mark did all this just in time for my group ride this Sunday. If you want expertise and great customer service I suggest making the trip to Plainfield! They came to pick it up and said the legs are no good we can only give you $400. They lied to me and screwed me out of $400 and I don't believe they do honest business. The upside is that there weren't a lot of people present and they didn't charge a "spectator" fee, which is something new that Skateland implemented for non-skating patrons.
