But what I do know is that they provide a service to Avon and the neighboring community when it comes to personalizing band/athletic clothing. My wife has a lot of sewing equipment at home, but even she prefers to come here when it comes to having our grandsons' letter jackets embroidered. She can get the jackets in the school colors here, and have them embroidered with the school name (official logo) and personalized with our boys' names. And as they earn patches for competitions they perform in, my wife is able to have them added to the jackets in a reasonable time frame. It isn't a cheap place, but it is done well and looks professionally done. Our oldest grandson's jacket has held up well and we haven't had any problems with the patches becoming loose. I sent a message through their FB site and no response. I called twice and got no answer and left an answer once. I finally called again and reached a person on Dec. 23. I asked that the order be re-shipped overnight for Dec. 24 delivery. I was told they couldn't do that because they'd have to request a truck to pick up the items. As an owner of a small business myself I asked why someone couldn't drop it off at a FedEx location and was told "because we don't do that". So I requested they cancel my order for a refund. I was told they can't do that until I receive it. I said what if I never receive it. It's been sitting in the same place since 12/13! I was told then I'd have to wait for them to file a claim with FedEx. I know they could file a claim for that order and re-ship a new order and settle with FedEx after. But they were not open to any ideas on good customer service. I understand lost packages aren't their direct problem but providing good customer service is!
