Looking for indoor soccer shoes. The Boardman location only had 1 pair and didn't have any sizes available.

Staff was curt & the shoe inventory on the tablet was not accurate. The shoes that were displayed on the wall were not available either.

The service in store was fine but the delivery is another story! I tried to review the delivery company but I wasn't able to. The company name is AIT Worldwide Logistics. We paid to have our treadmill delivered and our old one taken away. They came a week later on a Saturday, they gave a 5 hour delivery window right in the middle of the day so there goes our Saturday. After they left, I saw a big huge gouge in my kitchen floor!!!! They were also unable to take away the old treadmill because they said they didn't have the tools to take it apart-ridiculous! Now they are supposed to come today, which is the next Saturday between 10:00am and 1:00. we called to see if we could pinpoint around what time they might be here and they said "oh somebody should've told you we changed it to between 1:00 and 4:00 "-!! So another Saturday sitting here waiting for them!! Horrible delivery company and I will shop elsewhere in the future. read more

Astounded that they don't have any Pittsburgh Penguins Stanley Cup Championship apparel. Asked if they were going to get any in and was told at the front desk that NO they were not. It's sad that this store could care less about hockey as Pittsburgh is an hour away and there are a lot of fans here. They don't carry any hockey equipment either and their LAX section is a joke. Dick's has everything you need sports-wise in your life. However, the prices are not impressive. Clearance men's bathing suits were over $50 in November! What!? And they weren't even top-of-the-line. But there are cheap items; you just have to search a little. They won't be in the clothes section though, I'll tell you that. read more

One of my favorite stores. Why a 3 star review then we'll I went in tonight understanding that they were busy with their after Christmas sales. That did not bother me we walked the store for a while and finally found a spyder jacket for my son that was 25% of clearly stated above the rack that had multiple spyder jackets in multiple styles including the one I picked up for my son. When we get to the register we are greeted by a woman who seemed like she would rather sit on a 5 foot slim cactus than to spend one more minute dealing with any human being. Well sure enough the jacket rings up at full price and I explain to this woman whom is possibly under educated that it should be 25% off well with a snobby attitude she calls for a price check and some other employee announces that it is only on the outer gear. So this woman explains this to us and rather than saying hey moron what do you think a jacket is something you just wear around the house I just said ok I'm no longer interested this woman should not be in a retail store she is definitely more fit to be a stay at home mom. read more
