I used to love this store and have been a familiar face here for years. Unfortunately, after the new owners bought it, they decided to start carrying anything--even if it's old and doesn't work. I bought a bunch of caulking that was hardened and couldn't even be squeezed from the gun, so I had to toss it and eat the cost. Now I just ate the cost of floor paint that was mislabeled. You may save a few cents here and there, but it's not worth the dollars wasted on old, low-quality products. Keep your receipts--you'll probably be making returns. Such a shame to see new owners ruin a great store. (The employees are still great, though.) read more

They have a huge selection of stuff to choose from but so much so that you physically have to stop in to see what they have. I called them up but that didn't help me because the staff didn't look for what I needed, they told me to just stop in and that's understandable because it's not like the place is lowes or home depot where you know where each item is and what isle or it can be accessed online. Greatest wonder my ass. These people are a ripoff. I went in to buy box tape I use to buy on a regular basis @ 2" x 110 yards for 1.25 each and I'd buy 50 at a time.. They ran out of it and opted for another vendor but that vendor sold them 2" x 55 yards and they want the same price.. Basically instead of paying 60.00 for 5550 yards of tape, they now want to sell me half that which is 2775 yards for the exact same price.. A total and unequivocal RIPOFF. When I suggested to the female clerk at the counter the difference in product volume, she scoffed at me by telling me I don't have to shop at their place anymore.. And she's right. I have a right to tell obnoxious ma and pa joints to kiss my ass and take my business elsewhere like home depot, Lowes, Menards or even better, take my business online to ebay or amazon where the service and prices are exponentially better than what they believe I deserve.. I suggest others refrain from patronizing DUMPS like this one where the employees & business itself find it convenient to FLIP THEIR DAMN NOSES at their customers. read more
