Is it just the Dicks in Euless or does their customer service in every store suck this much? I have to go here pretty regularly as they are the nearest sporting goods store but it is always the same sales associates are all over the store talking to each other but never even acknowledge you. I stood looking at bats today for almost 20 min. Finally picked up some gloves and left. At the counter the unconcerned checker asked if I had found everything. When I said no she said sorry again not really concerned and rang me up. This is typical for this store. If you want help you absolutely have to chase someone down. read more

**BUYER BEWARE ***Placed order online for shoes that showed in stock in the correct color and size. Got shipping information, tracking number etc. Then received an email saying that my order was cancelled. Contacted Dicks via Chat since it was after hours and was told sorry there is nothing we can do. I used a $10 reward and a $10 coupon and again was told that I have to wait 5-7 business days for not only the $ to be refunded but for my points/ discount to be refunded and IF ITS Not to call. There is no customer satisfaction or resolution to resolve THEIR issue. Very disappointed. I have lost all confidence in this company and will be going elsewhere. Took my bike for some basic adjustment after I had purchased it online. Daniel was very friendly and helpful. He took care of the adjustments and also checked the derailleur for the noise it was producing. It seemed like the derailleur was no aligned right during assembly. He did not charge me for the work he did. That was a great gesture. Don't get to see such good customer service. I ended up returning my bike, thanks to Daniel. Will take my bike here for service and routine maintenance for sure. read more

Huge store! It is so organized in here. It's brand spanking new so they are working on their inventory still. But they have a ton of Nike and Under Armour gear for women. Beware if you are short on time because you could spend a hot minute in here just looking around! The sales folks were helpful in asking me what I was looking for and etc. Also it seems like they have plenty of people already working the front check out lanes. I'd like to see more energy gels and what not up front like at the other Dick's stores in the area as I'm always looking to stock up for my next long run. Otherwise I'm a fan! I love all of the tanks with cute motivating sayings on them. They are especially fun at races when you need to snap a photo. Because runners like to do that kind of stuff. Show offs. read more

Was in the area and my husband wanted to stop in. This is a new Dicks Sporting Goods location. Just like other Dicks it has a large selection of sporting goods. The store is extremely clean (new store) and items are nicely folded. I walked around the entire store and it wasn't until I got to the shoe department did someone asked if I need assistance. I've always found them to be over priced, but they have a lot of merch in stock including the latest Nike shoes. read more

Went to this store to buy a set of golf clubs. No one was there to help. Went into the hitting room and swung a few demo irons that were there waiting for someone to come to help me. The golf area employee finally came and instead of asking if he could help me, he chastised me for swinging the club with the security tag on it, saying I might break it. I have worked in retail and know that anything short of hitting that tag with a hammer will not damage it. His lack of courtesy and foolish assertion were enough to convince me to move on to the PGA store where I purchased a set of Callaway Apex irons. read more

They have a great staff. Well trained, friendly, professional, open to feedback, and clearly take pride in what they do. I worked with Roman extensively and found him knowledgable, generous with his time, and open / honest. He took me through several firearms (for future purchase), ammunition, and a eye / ear protection for a friend I was taking to the range the next day. He was fantastic. Very unethical staff! I was pressured into buying a protection program for my sons bat. I was told it covered "normal wear and tear" or damage, he literally told me bring it back after the season and you can exchange it for a new bat....I was very skeptical but bought the coverage. 1 month later I returned the bat because it got dents in it after hitting baseballs. I was told this damage is not covered under the warranty. On top of this the customer service was horrible the cashier was rappping an explicit song while my kids were right next to me. read more

This is a brand new store, of course it is going to be clean and well stocked and everyone is going to be on their game with customers. I personally think their stuff is overpriced, 14.00 for a water bottle??? Oh, it is because it has a mister on it, um yea. I got one at the dollar tree across the street and it is just as "sporty" and cute as theirs. I wanted to buy a pair of Nike Air s for myself but couldn't get one single person to help me, most of the employees were to busy helping the single mommies with small kids find their shoes for back ta school, well turns out I didn't need their help anyway because they didn't have the style nike s I wanted. Not impressive. Looked for help - limited. Wrestled two kayaks off racks so we could see and sit in them. Tried to buy two - same model different colors. One color was $60 more in store than online. Store would not match. To get price we were told to buy online. Bought online for In store pickup and were told it would take 3 hours to process order!!!! Really??? This is not directed at the store but the company itself. Received a promotional coupon in mail. buy one get one 50% off. I checked the coupon up and down, read the small print and even went on website to make sure that there were NO exclusions like items need to be SAME LIKE item. Went with my daughter to store and was charged full price on both BECAUSE the second item has to be the same type. Called the cooperate customer service. Explained problem. On call and (mostly) hold for 44 min while they researched. Came back saying it had to be same like item per company policy. Informed them that this was fraud if not in writing on coupon. Thought I had researched well but obviously even if not in print it still can bite you and stand. Will take all my business elsewhere no matter how good the sale or promotion is BECAUSE believe me it probably isn't. read more
