Went in last weekend to do some shopping. After spending time choosing several items and trying them, I requested a price check at the register for the 2 items I was interested in purchasing. I was asked for my phone number and I politely declined to provide that info for a price check. I was told they couldn't do a price check unless I provided that info. In what world does that make sense? I shouldn't need to provide my phone number for any kind of transaction, much less a price check. The associate said it was required so I walked out without purchasing the items. That will be the last time I ever shop at a Lane Bryant again, super disappointing. read more

I visited this location yesterday and I must say it was the worst customer service I have ever experience especially being a women In a store that Mainly selling under garments for women. I asked for a fitting room and the lady just looked at me and walked me to the room I ended up coming out and asking if she could size me and she looked at me and told me she was not qualified to size me I would have to ask her manager. The manager saw me waiting, looked at me then walked off to help some one else then came back to me , I found it unusual that I had to Measure my self , the manager walked me through the steps to Measure my self and at this point I just wanted to leave because most stores do it for you. I felt like they did not want to touch me as if I was nasty or something. And we r not blaming covid because I ended up leaving and the nice ladies from Torrid had no problem of helping me out. read more

Gorgeous Lane Bryant and sales for the chain are run frequently. The saleswomen were great, just the right combination of helpful without being too pushy or forward. I never felt they were hovering which is the last thing I want when clothes shopping. As you are pulling things off the rack, they prepare a fitting room for you which is awesome. Makes you feel like you are getting VIP treatment. :-) The store is clean and organized, seldom an item out of place. The fitting room is spacious and they write your name on a little card and hang it on the door. Holiday outfits selection wasn't too bad. Some festive items, like the gold pants I bought, and some shirts with cute sayings on them- I got one that said Pop,Fizz, Clink. The clothes here are even pricier than Torrid, especially pants, which can run up to $10 more. Take advantage of the email list and sales because that's when you can get the best bargains. The lingerie selection is ample, and I loved the fitness pants- so nice and there was some cute stuff!! I will say that Lane Bryant clothes are more so geared towards older women. Over the last couple of years they've increase their selection with items suited to the under 35 crowd, which I appreciate. No matter the age, you are sure to find some wardrobe staples here that will last. Overall a good store in a great location. I'm sure I'll be back when I'm in the area! read more

This store made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. It was very obvious that my shade was not welcome. I will not go back here again. I have been a Lane Bryant customer for 17 years for all of my clothing needs but this store needs diversity training. I've been here 3 times and each time I was treated poorly but this time was unbelievable. I will never come to this Lane Bryant again. I may leave Lane Bryant alone all together. read more

The clearance area is extremely overpacked and almost impossible to look through and the staff are very nice but a bit pushy.

Wow...what can I say. I've been a customer for at least 9 years and hold an in house credit card. I went to this location and felt out of place for the first time. I have lived in a few different states and have visited other Lane Bryants across the US. All I can say is that diversity training is needed for the staff that was in there this past weekend. I even thought about returning my items and going to a different location after some thought. Just NOT a good experience. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service here! They went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. When I went to the dressing room, I even had pieces the salesperson thought would fit what I was looking for. She was right, I ended up getting 3 pieces she chose, but wouldn't have ever chose myself. I was undecided about some McCarthy jeans at check out. So, the lady found an additional coupon to scan! The store manager was rude and insulting to my family. She was either just NOT truly paying attention to her customers or didn't care as she continued to call my son a "lady" after she was told 3 times he was a boy/man/male. He was very embarrassed and insulted. I don't care that his hair is long style, that is NO excuse to call him a lady over and over AFTER you were corrected. My complaint to corporate leaves me with an email and a phone call from the district manager. NO ONE ever has apologized to my son. And the "offer to get me back to Lane Bryant" was a post card coupon that is given to anyone that shops there. INSULTING. MY SON should have received a written apology and if you want to make it right - GIVE HIM SOMETHING that has NOTHING to do with your store. And a coupon is NOT a gift to get me in your stores EVER again. read more
