I stopped in here hoping to find a few light weight helmets that weren't too outrageously in design for a reasonable price. It was nice to be able to get fitted verses guessing and purchasing something online then being unhappy or ending up with something that could be uncomfortable. The two gentlemen that were working here during our visit were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in regards to anything we asked. I also learned the correct way to secure my bikes knowing that's it's impossible to prevent theft if the thief is determined to steal them, but there are definitely ways to deter those that are only looking for an easy opportunity or at least delay the theft from a very determined thief that has the battery powered cutting tools that have become so popular in that profession. The bottom line is the more difficult you make it and the long it takes a thief to steal it the more likely they'll choose an easier target. The new technology and advances in biking has made owning a bike a substantial investment regardless if you spend a few hundred dollars or many thousands for these higher tech bikes it's imperative that you protect your investment. I definitely recommend stopping in here to get all your questions answered and to get a little education before spending your money on a new bike or gear...

I recently shopped at the other bike store that's practically across the street, unfortunately or…read morefortunately that store does not carry full bike covers and I was told by the owners from their experience most of the bike covers manufactured today are cheap and flimsy and don't hold up and it's only a matter of time before they rip and the customer usually ends up frustrated even though the store only sells them and doesn't manufacture them, so they choose not to sell inferior products. Well here I am writing a review on a store that did choose to sell these flimsy bike covers and at a considerable markup I'm sure. I purchased these two covers to protect my two bicycles that I haul on the back of my RV (fast forward 5 miles) these poncho like covers lasted five miles before shredding like documents in a government office. Now I'm not holding the staff or the store responsible by any means I thought I'd just share my experience so you may want to do you're own due diligence prior to making a purchase here because this place is in the business to sell and the gentleman that helped us was all about getting our money and walking us to the door any questions I asked regarding my concerns was dismissed and I was given a reassuring response like he felt I expected which was not the case - I think I was probably holding them from closing the door even though it wasn't closing time according to the store's posted hours. This is a beautiful store but I prefer the customer service at their competitors.
