A large selection inside a big store. Everything seems to be very expensive. The staff did not appear to be very helpful or attentive to me.

I popped into Dicks looking for something to wear on game day and show some team spirit. I mean it's a sporting goods store so why wouldn't they have that right? Wrong! I walked in and asked the first young lady working near the register where I could find various team hats. She wasn't sure but pointed me to where I "may" be able to locate one. Once in the back of the store, I realized they only have Miami Dolphins attire/hats. I asked another young lady who was working near the shoes if there were more in another area. She was also unsure. I think it would be awesome for such a large sporting goods store to carry a bit of a wider variety of sports attire/memorabilia to accommodate all customers. read more

I've come into this location on two separate occasions to try and buy new Nike shoes and no one is ever around to find a size for me. The workers are never on the floor. I even used the little computer to request a size and no one ever came out after standing around for like 10 min. read more

I must say the employees here are very friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to help you look for what you looking for and if they don't have it in store they are more the helpful to find out who does and or make the order for you. Love coming to Dick's Sporting Goods. They have all the best gear and all the latest things. My son plays baseball and I come here to buy all his training equipment, bats, gloves, pants and cleats. They have all the best best brands available and awesome prices. I just went in today to buy a new glove because my glove was old and worn it out and about to break. So I decided to get a new one. The one I bought I got it on sale for $69.99 everyone else had it for $89.99. nest price around. I also bought some more baseballs because my son can always use more balls for practices. I will always recommend Dick's Sporting Goods for anyone looking for anything related to sports and outdoor activities. This is truly the best place. read more

Not sure what happened with others who have complained about customer service as I had one of the best retail experiences at this type of store (non luxury) in a very long time....and I am VERY fussy ! Eric in the show department was awesome. Friendly helpful, pro active and a good seller...we wound up buying extra shoes and socks because of him. Manager Albert was everywhere I turned, helping me and everyone else in the store....this guy works very hard and maintains a very professional demeanor while multitasking (we were in the store for almost 2 hours stocking up for a Galapagos Cruise). Lastly, Crylene at the cashier is a GEM. We rang up 2 carts of clothes and had a lot of questions but she was very patient with me....and signed me up for the loyalty program and saved big $$$ on the spot ! read more

I stumbled up this location by accident and it's one of the most impressive I've seen. Wide selection of sporting goods, I was looking for a comfortable sweat pants. A sales associate by the name of Amanda was kind enough to show me some of the best they offered. She lead me to the fitting room to try on a pair, this store has a cool button in the fitting room to request assistance! So cool! When I pressed the button for assistance, Amanda was there quick to help find pants closer to my size. Not only did she get my size, but I got an awesome deal on the pair too! 5 stars for sure. read more

I think this was probably the worst customer experience in any store that I've had in a few years. We came there needing to drop a lot of money on golf and running shoes. After asking for help multiple times, we waited about 20 minutes to even get an associate to help us with sizing. Then the associate was very rude, mumbling "we don't have it" every time we asked about another shoe. The associate clearly didn't want to help. We left the store never wanting to visit a Dick's Sporting Goods again. read more

This store is OK. I used to like it a lot but once I bought almost all the Nike apparel they had over the course of a few visits, I realized they would not be bringing any new stuff in bc it just remained the exact same, therefore, I stopped shopping there. The Nike selection is outdated most of the time and not very wide at all. The employees have always been nice to me, it's the gear selection that sucks. Parking is also a little bit of a pain. If you park in the garage, be ready to pay, same thing if you park across the street (there are meters). Not worth it. read more

Customer service is virtually nonexistent. I asked a couple of people to help me and one of them just pointed to where the children's clothes were. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, it was challenging to find someone to help me and when I finally found someone, the person couldn't careless. I asked her if she had any other sizes and she just said whatever was "out" (meaning on display) was what they carried. I asked her if she could check and she repeated herself, so I left. They're going to have the same fate as Sports Authority did in that location. Won't be returning. read more

Arrived at this location to complete the Gait Analysis for my running shoes. The store had advised that they are equipped to get it done. I arrived at the store and was not greeted by an employee and had to flag one down. I asked to get the Gait Analysis and the employee was not familiar with it. He called another employee who advised that they lost the "key" to the system and were unable to do. They also did not know when they would ever find "the key". This information should be shared with all employees before giving false information on the phone to potential customers. read more

Was on the area to enjoy lunch when I got distracted by window shopping. I went in to Dicks sporting goods due to the wide variety in sports equipment. I was lost walking around at the store but a store employee named Carlos went out of his way to help me buy what I needed. Not only was a good salesman who wasn't pushy but he also had a good sense of humor that made shopping in a retail store fun again.
