I ordered a Quantum spinning reel just like the one that I purchased at Bass Pro Shop for $71.00 inc tax. The same exact reel from Sportsman's Wholesale was $37.00 inc shipping saving me $34.00. I ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived the following Friday morning just as it was stated in the purchase agreement. Ordering could not have been easier and the whole process was simplified enough for even me ( 70 yr old ), old school type who grew up buying everything from a store of one type or another. I've been stopping by The Neuse Sport Shop for many years and have never had a less than positive encounter with any other associate. I completely understand seasonal help is essential during the holiday season but basic courtesy isn't a trate the store should have to teach. Maybe associates should be reminded to treat each guest as they would like to be treated and let their personality shine as bright as the day they were interviewed / hired for the position.
