I am literally 15-20 minutes from their store, so shipping should only take a day or two at most. I paid for shipping for the convenience, thinking that they could ship much faster than I could get by there. I reached back out multiple times between Nov. 30th and Dec. 2nd to get another update or tracking (via chat, email, phone, and FB messenger). I have never had a good customer service experience there so not going to waste their time anymore. When Amazon can beat an in store experience you know they have a problem.
