The customer service here is below par, and the culture here is to be ignored. Perhaps the volume of the store is so high, management does not care about customer service. If I went there today, stood at the counter and didn't make myself very known, I wonder how long I could stand there without being noticed... Mind you, I'm a large man. Do business here if you wish, but try elsewhere if you wish to be treated like a human.
