Sportsman's Warehouse is a retail-store chain that operates in dozens of states and sells equipment and apparel for outdoor sports (e.g., hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and grilling). I shopped in this specific store in Washington, PA one time. Apparently this store has been here for many years, but it still looks new. As I walked around the store, I felt impressed by the large selection of merchandise. The taxidermy looked interesting. Prices were OK. I do recommend that employees greet customers more. read more

While shopping here, I was interested in purchasing a SIMM's M's Challenger hooded sweatshirt. The price Sportman's Warehouse had for the shirt was $79. On SIMM's website the same shirts were marked down to $45. I asked the cashier if they would price match what the manufacturer is selling the same item for. She deferred to a manager. The manager seemed annoyed that he had to come the registered because they were closing soon. He immediately started by telling me that the shirt that I am seeing online is not the same shirt that I am seeing in the store. It took pointing out the same features and SKU numbers from the item in the store and on the SIMM's website were identical to get the manager to agree with me that it was the same item. The manager stated that they do price match. Well, on SIMM's website they had every size except XL, but the store had XL. He said, well you can't buy your size online, so I am not price matching it. If you want it you'll have to pay full price. I politely refused, and I've never been back since. I've spent a lot of money at this store over the years, but my fishing friends and I won't be back. read more

Staff is great except for Tom the store manager , he does not know how to listen will attempt to talk over you and it turns out not that knowledgeable of store policies . I had to go to a completely different store to have a online order solved . I went to the store in North Fayette and explain issue I had to one of the managers Shana Mazzotti , she took the time to LISTEN to my issue then called the Washington store to walk them through how to solve & correct my issue .my online order in store pick up had nothing to do with Shana's store but she went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved , Thank you Shana !!!!!! read more

This is now a Sportsmans Warehouse, which I like much better than Fudd and Stream. The transition just happened a couple months ago but SW already has a better selection of guns and ammo, and is actually pro Second Amendment, unlike the Dick's owned F&S. read more

I love going there just to see all the taxidermy and looking for sales. I bought boots on sale and saved a ton plus the customer service is great. I would say it's a one stop shop for all your hunting needs plus they also have really good snacks to take hunting o also like the leather chairs in the lobby. read more

This is a really nice outdoorsman store if you into hunting, hiking and fishing. ( which I'm not) They have guns, bows and arrows, all kinds of clothes and shoes, stuff for men, women and kids. There is also some entertainment in the form of stuffed wildlife everywhere. A nice store but not as big as Cabella's. read more

Called and had shells put on hold. Told the guy over the phone specifically what I wanted. Drove 35 minutes to pick them up, wrong shells. They don't have what I'm looking for in stock. No ones wearing their mask properly, and the guy assumed I was looking for my husband or someone else. Couldn't be a woman is a hunter. Terrible Customer service. read more

I came here with my boyfriend on Sunday, May 5th and really enjoyed the store and their selection. They have a huge selection of fishing equipment which was right up our alley as we love fishing. They had a large selection of products for all types of fishing such as bass, catfishing, fly fishing, etc. I ended up buying bait and accessories and a new bass fishing pole. They also have a decent selection of camping equipment which we are into and they have a fairly decent selection for shooting as well. If your into hunting they have a large selection for hunting but we don't hunt so we didn't really look at anything except the animal exhibit. This is a great store to visit for an outdoor enthusiast. They also have a great selection of Columbia and Under Armor products for men and women and children. They also have a lot of Carheart brand clothes for the working man. We didn't find the prices on some of the items to be too high. I found some of prices on the items we looked at to be more affordable than that of other competitors such as Cabela's and Dunham's. Some of their prices on fishing equipment and camping gear is about the same as what we paid at Walmart. We found some of the prices on some of their guns to be expensive though in comparison to local dealers. Overall, we had a very good experience and it gave us something to do on a rainy day. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Washington and may stop back prior to our next camping adventure. read more

Awesome selection of low to mid priced fishing gear including fly fishing. There is a frozen bait cooler which is awesome. They have a very nicely organized store and a rewards program which adds points to a Dick's Sporting Good rewards card. I have had a couple of occasions where help was scarce but mostly it's been good service. read more

I have been in this store twice and only twice, both times to purchase a new pistol. Both times I walked up to the counter, inspected all of the cases, stood there staring at employees, watched others get greeted and served that arrived after me, and not a peep said to me. On the second visit I waited approximately 20-25 minutes before I had to ask an employee if they had any of the guns I was interested in stock by chance as the cases were almost empty. After I was told no and only left with choices of guns I already own and have purchased at MUCH LOWER prices elsewhere (to my surprise as I figured they would have bulk stock and thus cheaper pricing), I left and went elsewhere to buy a new pistol from another local store that knows how to treat customers and act like salesman. I have given up on this store completely when it comes to firearms purchases. I do not plan on coming here ever again and would strongly advise everyone else do the same. read more
