Make it short - crooks, thugs and power tripped losers Really rude and unprofessional. Called Triple AAA and they assigned this tow company . Triple aaa gave me a 30 minute eta. But when the rude ogre sounding lady called she said it would take an hour fifteen minutes and proceeded to argue with me saying well if it's too long ask someone else. I was like sorry maam I'm stuck on the side of the freeway with my pregnant wife in a place I've never been before with trucks blowing past me. They proceeded to take 2 1/2 hours to come as way to punish my family. Places like this should get there license canceled. Abusing the position they were put in. I hope Triple AAA cancels there contract. read more

Thank you for getting my truck open after I locked my keys inside! Not only was I locked out of my truck, but I was locked out of my house. I waited in the freezing cold for almost 2 hours for Star Towing to show. They also tried to charge an outrageous amount! Dick's Towing and Transport showed up 20 minutes after we contacted, and price was close to 70% less than Star Towing! No stars for Star towing! 5 Stars for Dick's Towing and Transport!!!! read more

If you're looking for a company that lives up to it's name, it would be Dicks Towing. Red flag #1 is that i am disabled and was made to operate the tow truck while the driver sat in my car. get it loaded and get in the truck, the driver said he didn't know I was riding with. I told him Left my service animal at home, he laughed and said if I would have had my service animal he would have left me on the side of the road, said he did it to someone earlier that day. I said that would have been bad. He literally stoped the truck and threatened to dump me and my car on the side of the road, called the dispatcher saying he was uncomfortable, I had to beg him in tears to take me home. He then says hes out of gas and drove all the way back to white city, this was at least 40 miles out of the way... We get to the drop spot and he says im uncomfortable dropping it in the wide open driveway. And then he made my neighbor and I use the lever on the truck, making us very uncomfortable. Deon was by far the the most unprofessional and dangerous tow I have ever received. read more

The guys and gale from dicks towing saved us in a bad situation when we broke down in our RV and they were the best and friendly they quoted us at 700 to tow to nearest mechanic which was about 35 miles away who could work on it and when we got there only charged us 520 which we were so great full for the women on the phone was so nice and professional as well the driver and safety was his first priority when towing we were so great full to them they helped us out a lot read more

After coming up with $1500 bucks to get my car out of their possession to avoid a "voluntary repo" I'm sure they thanked Jackson county sheriffs for the business. My car was not "abandoned". It was parked at my mother in laws. The lady in the front office doesn't seem to care about people. Only wants their money. Absolutely ridiculous charges and piss poor efforts to notify owner. Today I backed up into a ravine in a rural area in the Applegate lakes area.~ After calling AAA with the details,I got a call from Nadine at Dick's Wrecker Service. She was kind and helpful,got Frank the driver of the tow truck to help me out. They kept me informed on how long it would take for the driver to get out to where I was.They are professional!~ Frank, the driver was a rock star!! Over the years I've been towed a lot of places. Believe me, I used to drive a Ford Tempo. Then I had a dodge pickup. Then not one, but two Buicks. But enough about my crappy vehicle choices. Dick's has always been the nicest, most responsive tow company. They didn't even make fun of me that time I ran out of gas because my gas gauge didn't work... Why, I remember this time years ago that I drove my girlfriend's 4 Runner over a piece of metal in the woods and popped the tire. We called Dick's in the middle of the night and they came out and took us all the way back into town! And guess what? That girl became my wife! Not that night of course, but later! And now, recently we had the honor of having Tim from Dick's tow my wife's Volvo. Yeah, you'd think I'd learn right? WRONG! "Volvo, at least they're safe!" Anyway, Tim was very cool and VERY helpful. As long as we use cars to get around in and not some sort of teleportation device, I will always use Dicks! read more

Don't ever use this service. They charge by the hour and by the mile. It cost me $420 to haul an RV 20 miles. They work slow and charge you for the time it takes to drive home after the job is done. Stay away! read more

Very poor service- accepted a AAA/similar service call and then failed to follow thru or to make other arrangements for customer or to even bother to update customer in disabled car waiting over 2 hours - including close to an hour after apparently passing the call- (which was not able to be verified as apparently ever having been done). No info for 1 hour 15 minutes until customer called to get an update. At that point it had been 2 hours since first call. A variety of excuses, but never the fact that they apparently never intended to do the tow- possibly as suggested that the payout for "in town" AAA/other similar was too low and not priority. Certainly we could have made other arrangements for ourselves instead of sitting in a very cold car for 2 1/2 hours had we just had correct and accurate information. (The last half hour was making other arrangements and then having excellent OTHER TOW COMPANY service that arrived as stated, provided service above and beyond to get us to the mechanics before closing- what a difference in response, someone, INSTEAD OF DICK's, we will always request if needed from now on, and recommend without reservation- Perhaps Dick's needs to reevaluate their contracts with AAA/similar service and be honest about whether they are actually willing to provide their contracted service. - Just a thought. Very disappointed in Dick's and cannot recommend for local, in town towing, as part of AAA/similar service. - read more
