And when we got up the next day and went next door for coffee and had just finished our coffee and we're backing out of Starbucks it happened. So we filled the brake fluid and headed to Les Schwab . There they filled the brake fluid again . Not understanding we had only driven a mile. ( why is it mechanics dont listen to women. I used to rebuild cars ( old now) Turned out they needed to look deeper , one is the hoses to the ABS was leaking fluid rapidly ( very dangerous). Les Schwab could not repair it nor could their other branch. They recommended another place in town but that place had a 3 week wait. So we took a flat bed tow truck ride back to the coast... vacation cut short. ( the guys were pleasant, they tried , but it would have been faster had they listened to the fact we had just filled the master cylinder , they tried to send me back home through the mountains with a leaking ABS line ( likely we would have crashed)

Once I did decide to, they dispatched the driver within 2 hours, and I met him at my vehicle. Cole was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind and had a great attitude--considering it was snowy, wet, and 40 degrees out. He didn't complain once, and even tried to make me feel better about the situation I got myself in. He worked quickly and assessed the situation. Once he decided what to do, he explained it to me and asked if I wanted to hang out in his rig and watch. He ended up pulling my vehicle out without causing any damage, and then followed me down the hill to make sure I was able to get out. I was really impressed by him and I really loved his attitude. I would highly recommend their service. The fee was extremely reasonable given how difficult and miserable the conditions were. I arrived at Discount Tire in Medford at 5:56 p.m., just before closing, and was concerned I might be turned away. Instead, Daniel and Steven immediately stepped in to help. They didn't look at the clock or tell me to come back the next day. They quickly inspected the tire and explained that if the nail was in the center of the tread, the repair would likely be free, but if it was in the sidewall, replacement might be necessary. After putting the vehicle on the lift, they found the nail was in the center of the tire and were able to complete a quick patch repair. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I truly appreciate Daniel and Steven's professionalism, customer service, and willingness to help at the end of the day. They went above and beyond, and I'm grateful they got me safely back on the road.

She helped me pick out my perfect starter bike. When I had questions about my bike after dropping her, the service department didn't judge, but made sure I had all the tools I needed to be successful. When I found myself challenged by different riding scenarios they always had tips for me. The icing on the cake is the extra work they put in to help my husband with a surprise of massive proportions when he bought me a new bike for our 30th anniversary this year. Since we were passing D & S anyway, we dropped by to price a new piece for the one lost on Interstate 5. A manager, Josh, overheard our dilemma and mentioned that there was an 'old' one in the back that would fit my buddy's Heritage. Josh then proceeded to install the pipe he found, test drove the bike and didn't even charge for the impromptu service he had performed! We couldn't believe it! He sat in the hot sun fixing a 'hot' bike, and renewed our faith in D & S with his kindness and help. FIVE stars for sure, and I'd give more if I could!
