I ordered 10 boneless wings (2 flavor options) with fries and an order of fried mushrooms via door dash. When the order arrived it was 9 BONE-IN wings, all 1 flavor, the fries and mushrooms. When I called the restaurant to inform them, the manager replied that "things got a little busy" "we have your order right here, so if you wanna come pick it up or someone can come get it for you." My reply was that I ordered via DoorDash because I'm a single mother to 4 children, 1 of whom is disabled, therefore I cannot leave the house to pick up the correct food. My order could've been refunded, it's the least they could do since the restaurant wasn't going to otherwise figure out a means to fix their mistake and get me the correct order, however, nothing was offered except for me to come get it myself. I couldn't tell you the manager's name, because she never bothered to introduce herself; just took the call from the hostess and immediately started making excuses. When ordering lunch at this establishment, I was told by my waiter Marney, that the special for today was the 10 piece boneless wing COMBO, which was explained to me that it comes with fries and a drink all for $6.99. After eating my meal, I got the check stating I owed $13.56. I called the waiter and told her that I got charged for the fries and the drink separately which both items were over $2 a piece. She said she was going to speak to the manager to get this fixed. Too bad this location and its owner no longer care about their customers. They've greeted customers at the door at 7:30 by saying "we're closing in 30minutes." We just turned and left. I have tried this flavor sauce at several other restaurants and this particular restaurant flavor was not spicy but more sweet. Not a fan. Lots of flavor selections and you have full control over how much heat you want. I tried the Florida girl, which was delicious and citrus-y and flavorful. The wings were juicy and not dry. I had the FL/GL lime next which was the same thing as the Florida girl but with added teriyaki and garlic pepper and bourbon bbq. While I cannot speak for the quality of the food at this restaurant in particular, I can speak of the service. We were a little weary to go to this restaurant based on the number of poor reviews but it was very convenient to where we were staying so we decided to give it a try. We ran over about 45 minutes before they were closing just to order some quick takeout wings to take back to where we were staying. We walked up to the door and pulled on them only to find them locked. We double checked the closing time which was 10:00 PM and noted that it was only about 9:10 so it should've been opened. We looked through the window of the door and saw a bartender and several servers just standing looking at us. We motioned and as if to ask if they were open and they continue just to stare at us. Finally the bartender made a motion that indicated they were closed and so we walked away empty-handed. The fact that they shut down presumably an hour early and couldn't even have the courtesy to come to the door and explain why but instead stared at us was all we needed to know about what the quality of their service would be like on the inside. We will not be trying the food out when they are finally are open. read more

This particular location is relatively new. Even with that, it barely outstrips the "low rent" appearance of the other 2 near-by locations. The customer service here is the biggest reason I only gave it 3-stars. When this location is busy (weekday/lunch) forget it...too many patrons and not enough staff. When it isn't busy ( after 1pm) the staff is still slow. Took a few guys I was with almost 30 min to get a Caesar wrap. The length of time it took for them to get their food came off as something more than just slow service. If you're not on a time restraint, stop by and enjoy the wings. They are worth it. read more
