This is the second time I have worked with them and I would encourage anyone considering carpet installation to get a quote from them, you will not be disappointed :)

WOW!!! What a different house now!!! We have a 110 year old…read morefarmhouse and it had disgusting carpet and old vinyl flooring that was more than 25 years old. Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!! We actually told them we wanted them back after the first of the year(2026)to put flooring down in 2 more rooms for us!!! They've got our business as long as they stay in business!!! Thank you Reardons!!!

I had Rodney repair and patch my carpet for a rental I was moving out of on April 27th. I couldn't…read morebe there because I ended up double booked at my new house too. He said it was not a problem since we'd discussed the areas to repair and the cleaning needed. Because I wasn't there, he missed one of the repair spots that I'd originally contacted him about in 2023 when my dog first did it soon after I moved in. Back story is he said "I'd recommend you wait until you move out because you'll likely have more areas by the time you move out and I can do multiple areas for just a little more cost." Wow! I thought what a nice honest guy! Back to him missing the original spot, I contacted him to say he missed a spot. He said that he didn't know about that repair. I showed him the text from March 17 2026 at 12:37pm. He said I don't have a text from 2023 wouldn't help and wasn't sent from the same number (It was but we'd also discussed it in March 2026 and that's the text I sent him - not the one from 2023. He said I can come back out but you have to pay me another $100 for my time. He also commented that he lives all the way up in Noblesville which is an hour drive, which isn't relevant since he agreed to do the service. I said "I really can't pay more than the $480 I already paid for the carpet repair and cleaning." He said "I can't help you." and stopped responding even after I said I guess I have to pay you because this has to be done in a few days. No response! I had to work to find someone within a few days. I hired The Carpet Man and they took care of me. After it all I realized that the carpet wasn't cleaned well because I noticed two spots that he clearly didn't work to remove. We hadn't even seen these spots prior to the cleaning! The essential oils also smelled weird over time. At first they were nice but as it dried it smelled kind of weird. I wish I'd called Stanley Steemer for the cost and overall service but needed both cleaning and repairs, which they don't do. Moral of the story - get a scope of work/estimate on the company letterhead in a pdf via email ahead of time. I trusted the text convo and got burned! However, courts accepts text conversations as evidence. So there's that.

BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE! Our upstairs laundry room overflowed…read moreand flooded in Feb 2025. Our original flooring had been discontinued and we'd worked with several companies to find a similar style. After weeks of searching, we reached out to Trent's Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. He found the exact flooring we wanted and said he could start right away. We also opted to have Trent's replace carpet in areas insurance didn't cover. He said the flooring would have a lifetime warranty and would not chip or scratch. He promptly took a $10,000 deposit, only to later tell us we couldn't get the flooring we picked. We ended up reluctantly agreeing to a different floor Trent suggested. From day 1, we had issues. He positions his company as a family business operating with integrity, but I would challenge that. Trent never visited the job once work began and did not manage the project. I had to act as liaison between him and his workers. The days and times they showed up were never consistent and rarely communicated. Throughout the process, Trent tried to cut corners -- despite insurance covering the cost. Workers would show up unannounced, and Trent would call expecting us to pick up and move everything for them. With 3 young kids (including a newborn), this is not realistic. Not to mention, insurance covered moving as an exact line item. Trent also tried to re-use broken shoe molding and quarter round instead of replacing -- again, items specifically covered by insurance. Several damaged pieces of flooring were installed and they were clearly frustrated when we asked for them to be replaced. We had to constantly inspect the work and confirm items were being addressed. By the time the job was "done", we just wanted them out of our house. When it came time to pay the balance, Trent collected nearly $5,000 in additional "overhead and profit." He came to pick up the check without doing a walk through, asking for feedback, or thanking us. Right away, the flooring started chipping from the smallest things -- a Norwex mop, a small plastic toy, etc. We emailed Trent on Nov 4, which he never responded to. Shortly after, we noticed water around the downstairs toilet. A plumber told us the wax ring was not replaced when the toilet was reinstalled after the floor work. Ironically, Trent had a plumber connect and disconnect our water softener, but didn't use one for the toilet. On Nov 21, I reached out again. After several follow ups, he finally came out Dec 9. Trent acknowledged the chipping and the water damage, though stated several times they always replace the wax ring. He said he'd file a warranty claim for the chipping but couldn't return until the New Year to replace the water damaged flooring. I followed up Jan 6, Jan 23, Feb 9, Feb 16, Feb 20, and Feb 23. Trent said he was waiting on the warranty decision before addressing the bathroom floors. Despite multiple follow ups, there was no decision. On Feb 23, Trent sent workers to do the repair with zero guidance and no replacement flooring. I contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed Trent had never filed a warranty claim. When I asked if I could file it myself, I was told it had to go through Trent -- who clearly does not take care of his customers. It is now Mar 30. Our water damaged floors have not been replaced, the $200 plumber bill has not been reimbursed, and nobody has contacted us about a warranty claim.
