I drove my well-running 2006 Kia Sedona LX Van to Don's Auto Repair for the simple tasks of spark plug and fuel injector replacements. When I came back the next day to pickup the Van, the Van was not running well at all and the check engine light was on revealing several error codes. Don's auto repair did not know what to do next or how to fix the error codes so I took my mis-firing, chugging and jerking - Kia van home in Burley. They did not offer to refund any part of the money - that was in excess of $500. Now, I am having my Kia Van towed (excess of $300) to Twin Falls to the Hyundai Dealer to fix the errors which will be in the neighborhood south of $1,500 - $2,000. Maybe when Don was there working, my Van would have been fixed right and if not, a refund would have been offered. UGG!!! The best words that comes to my mind on this business - from the Latin words, "CAVEAT EMPTOR" - let the buyer beware! I do not recommend this business for auto repairs or at least on Kia and/or Hyundai Vans.

I called and thankfully they said they would see if they could help. We arrived and just as mechanic Robbie had some time and was able to help immediatley! Don directed us to a nearby park to wait since we had our dogs with us. He even offered to drive us someplace in his truck! Robbie tried several fixes and tests and was not sure if the problem was fixed but had done what he could and we decided to move on. I don't know if the sensor just needed some adjusting or what Robbie did but the probem never reoccured! We're so grateful for Don and Robbie taking time to help us at a moments notice and for their friendliness and hospitality. They could have easily said we'd just have to wait until they could get to it but they worked us right in and we got on our way without too much delay and our dogs had a great time at the park!

I ran out of gas on the interstate near Burley ID on a hot summer Thursday. I was driving a late…read moremodel car and one new to me, and was pulling my travel trailer. I called this company and they responded quickly (within 15 minutes) with a can of gas. The service man knew where a special funnel was located, in my spare tire compartment, and used it to put gas in my tank. I would have had no idea how to do it. I am so thankful that this company responded.

From the first phone call I knew I had called the right place. Rick opened up his shop on his day off and delivered me the unfortunate news that the transmission would need to be replaced. He offered to let me camp at his shop for the night and even ran me an extension cord so I had power. The next morning, Rick gathered the estimates and helped me check into a near by RV park. For the next week, Rick gave me frequent updates on the shipment of the transmission while I enjoyed the stunning Burley/Heyburn area. Once delivered it took Rick less than a day to install the transmission and I was back on the road later that day and was able to get home to NY on schedule. Rick and his workers are a blessing.

This is AFTER we as the customers gathered all the parts that we had been instructed to by their service department because buying parts from the dealership is triple what you will pay for them from a GM certified warehouse. Long story short the service tech was incompetent, the job ended up costing more than double the original quote, and the job took 2 days longer than was quoted. By the end of the job a member of the service department called my husband several vulgar names and was beyond rude. We will be taking our business elsewhere and recommend others do too.

When we arrived to the car the next morning; since the insurnace company hadn't filed an insurance claim yet, so we had to wait until the next morning. The items were no longer in the car. A solid week of trying to get answers from Crawford's with no response, we heard back and were told that someone had probably jumped the fence andd they are not responsible. However their outside yard has razor wire along the top of the fencing. Kinda odd how things just vanish from their yard.
