Very disappointing experience. We purchased a Ford Expedition that had only been listed online for 3-4 days. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle had not even been cleaned or detailed yet, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. We test drove the Expedition for approximately 15-20 minutes, and everything seemed fine. We had previously driven other Expeditions and were familiar with how they drove, so we did not think to test drive it for an extended period or have it independently inspected before purchasing. Unfortunately, on our 3-hour drive home, the transmission began slipping between gears. Once we got home, we took the vehicle to several different mechanics to determine what was wrong. Every mechanic we spoke with came to the same conclusion: the vehicle needs a new transmission. At this point, we are left wondering whether the dealership was aware of the transmission issue and sold us the vehicle anyway, or whether the vehicle was never properly inspected or serviced before being put up for sale. Either way, this was an extremely disappointing experience and has resulted in a major, unexpected expense shortly after purchasing the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. read more

What a great experience. The service staff was incredible. Our car was attended to right at the time of our appointment and done before the allotted time. Shaun in the service department even made sure to get it washed. 5 stars. Brandon Johnson, the general manager was incredibly accommodating and so sweet to our two children. Shaun Hancock, the sales rep was super great and helpful working with us to possibly trade our car in for something newer. He even helped us get ahold of their IT specialist (they call him the "English man") and he was fantastic also. He spent a great deal of time with us and was very personable. I had a great experience at Diers Ford. I called directly and spoke with Bill Bader. Bill took his time and answered all the questions I had. I was going to be coming from several hours away so I had a lot of questions. He quickly got answers for me. Sales Manager Fred got involved since I needed them to hold the vehicle so I could come to get it the next day. I had my own financing setup so we were only there an hour, and that included a nice test drive. I just had my 2014 Ford F-350 worked on by Deirs. The vehicle was giving me an error about the exhaust system. They replaced the Nox Sensor. I was told they could not get the Ford OEM part, but they could use and after market part. As I was told they may not be able to get to me for several days, I looked up if I could do the repair myself. The part they replaced was $184.99 retail. I was charged $504.95. Plus an hour labor at $515 to replace this part which readily accessible and literally screws in on one side and plugs in on the other. I expect to pay more at a dealership. This is beyond the pale. read more

I took my 2015 Ford Edge Sport to Diers Ford for service to repair the a/c a month ago. They returned it to me with two deep paint scratches inside the door frames and left greasy finger smudges on the white paint as well. It got colder and I turned on the heater and it did not work. During the repair to the a/c, the parts they installed failed and it took out my heater. I returned it to them for further repair and spoke to the service manager about the scratches and sloppiness of the mechanics. They called me later in the day to say I could come pick it up and when I arrived, they said the parts were not working and they would need to order new parts and I would need to return it when they get the parts. Meanwhile temperatures have dropped below freezing and I have no heat or defrost. While I was at Diers Ford, I also asked them to make me an offer for my 2015 Ford Edge. I want to sell it before I receive a new F-350 I am having built. They offered me $16,250. The next day I took my Edge to Carmax, a Chevy dealership, and a Subaru dealership, and all three offered me $18,000 for my Edge Sport. I also contacted Ford Credit and applied for a loan for my 2022 F-350. They sent me to Diers Ford, the closest dealership. When I discussed financing with Diers employees, they refused to work with me, stating I can only get financing from the dealership I purchased the truck from. Called and spoke with a great parts guy. He was very helpful even though they didn't have the part I was looking for in stock. Because of that experience I called back the next time I needed a part. This time they had it in stock. Drove up, 20 minutes from home and they had the part out and ready for me. Asked if I needed the other side because he would make me deal. I told him thanks but already did the other side. Over all a great experience. Will certainly return for parts in the future. read more

My sales mans name was Graham i dont know his last name at this moment but he was from England and he was very freindy he wasnt pushy and we worked our way to a deal on a used F150...the truck is missing the factory floor mats and one key Graham is currently trying to track down those items. All about money and Absolutely NO Compassion is the Motto for Diers Ford in Fremont. My aunt and uncle have been leasing cars from this despicable place for umpteen years. The car they were leasing prior to the one they have now was traded in early, because Diers had someone wanting a car that met what they were driving at that time. Now, almost at the end of this lease's contract, they're not willing to allow an early return. My uncle had a stroke and will no longer be able to drive again, and my aunt has never driven in her life. They are in their eighties and live on a tight budget. Diers expects them to continue their payments of almost $350.00 p/month till January, 2020. That's just over $1000. Chump change for Diers; money that could go towards my uncle's medical bills! I suppose they think they will get the car and make an even larger profit by leasing, or selling it while still getting payments from my aunt and uncle. Shame on them! read more

Service department is sub-par. Don't expect to be treated with any respect by the sales department unless you are an old buddy of Mr. Diers himself. Sales methods are extremely old fashioned. I'd recommend Woodhouse instead. read more

I rarely write reviews but my experience with this dealership has inspired me to do as much. If you are thinking of buying a car with them just please DONT!! I bought a used car from them, as soon as I left the dealership the service engine light came on. I called them immediately and was told to just take it home they could not help me that day, mind you I was traveling with my 18 month old daughter (a fact they were well aware of) all the way home to Lincoln. They told me the next day it must be just a gas cap until of course the car just completely broke down while taking my kids to school. They then told me I must have put the wrong gas in until I informed them I hadn't put any gas in. Only after calling my bank to try and stop payment on the loan did they agree to fix it. They fixed the fuel pump but were so incredibly rude they almost had me feeling I must be wrong. After it was fixed the light came on again, all we got with this light was you bought an as is vehicle and a giant screw you.....horribly rude and unkind staff, I have never been treated or talked to so terribly in my life. They are very shady people who deserve no ones business. Unless you are looking to throw away money stay away. read more

I recently purchased a Shelby GT350 from Diers Ford. As I live in Los Angeles, everything was done over the phone or email. When I arrived at the airport in Omaha, they had someone pick me up an drive me to their dealership. What an outstanding experience. William, my salesman, had everything ready to go so I could begin the long, but wonderful, ride home.
