Eric Hughes was my sales man and he was very polite and professional. Neither the the sales manager or Eric hughes put any pressure on me for the sale of the truck that i bought.After i signed papers on the truck and left the dealership with the truck. I could not take the transmission out of overdrive. I called Eric and told him about the problem ! He talked to Bob the sales manager about the problem i was having with the overdrive. Eric called me back and told me Bob was going to allow me to bring the truck back for the service department to look at the problem. Two days before i was to take the truck back to the dealership. I started the process of looking for a low mileage used F250 with the 6.7l engine. After searching the Internet for approx a week I was finding that good used low mileage trucks were almost as expensive as the new ones. I checked new trucks to see how much they were. Diers had a new one that was only $1,000 less than another dealer had for a year older with 14,000 miles. When I went in to Diers they were up front about the truck. They didn't try and change the price or say that the one I saw was gone. I thought the trade value was fair. The salesman Dave Lubker was good to work with. He was straight forward. The truck I bought holds 35 gallons of diesel. They gave me a full tank of diesel, and full tank of def. The last time I bought a truck from a different dealer they didn't fill the tank. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and had a great experience. Our salesman, Dave Lubker, was knowledgeable about the features and the CPO program. He answered our questions but didn't pressure the sale. We didn't have the usual toying with the numbers during eight trips back and forth to the sales manager that is common practice at a majority of dealerships. We recently bought a different CPO at another dealership who had trouble doing the math on what 2.9% financing equates to for a payment. I was happy to deal with honest people and not go through any games at Diers. I have gone to Diers for many years. I have continued to go there for service as well as purchasing my vehicles because of the great customer service. I called Friday morning with a small problem on my vehicle. I was going to be in town later in the day for a doctor appointment and Joel Fredrickson not only got me in, but later changed my time when my appointment was pushed back an hour. Their courtesy car drove me to my appointment and picked me up when I was done! Both Joel and the courtesy car driver were very helpful and friendly and their service was prompt and well done. Took my Fusion in for a recall item and oil change. Appointment was quick and no problems whatever. Was informed that our car was ready to go, paid the bill and only after arriving at home, discovered that they had checked my rear tires and found them to be worn to the point of needing replacement. This was not a surprise but I was disappointed that it wasn't mentioned before we left the service department. So, complements to Shawn Brown who made sure this was a quick and easy service trip but a cautionary note: make sure the guy you send to tell me my car is ready is informed of the full situation and at least tells me about any needed fixes. read more

Diers Ford in Fremont is like family. I took our vehicle in for service and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who explained exactly what was going on with my car and how long it would take. I was then taken to the waiting area which was very comfortable and clean. The one thing I noticed was that every employee spoke to me and welcomed me to their store. I was then offered fresh popcorn and a drink by a very nice gentleman, who I later realized was the owner. WOW, very impressive.
