The lady behind the counter is one of the artists and she's rather friendly to talk to. I've bought a variety of local artisan artwork here, sometimes for out-of-towners. Not all of the artwork is from the Cape, as Sandwich is adjacent to the South Shore and the South Coast. So you might see items from artists in, say, New Bedford.
