They do have small signs in their store that state 'returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days - for a store credit only'! that's a lousy catch! Oh and the credit is only good at the Mashpee location. When I burn through this credit I will never shop here again. My advice to shoppers - really think about any purchase or just pass it buy. Making the customer happy is not this store's focus!

Today was a petty busy day in the Mall. I went into Francesca's to take a break from pajama-hunting. Lyndsy spotted me right away and asked how I was. This was pretty cool because I live in PA. I bought a few stocking stuffers and noticed that her demeanor with everyone was upbeat and positive. Kindness matters. She is truly an asset to Francesca's. And to the Cape Cod Mall. As I visit the Cape a few times a year, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and kindness of every employee I came into contact with. The woman who helped me n the Beauty Department (Clarins) was very welcoming and attentive. I was purchasing a gift from for a friend. I was shopping at 1:00 pm on Tuesday the 25th. Unfortunately, I misplaced her business card. I was impressed that she did not to try to sell me products I didn't need at that time. She did give me several samples which I shared with my sister. I did have my service dog with me. The woman working in the fine jewelry department smiled and we spoke for a moment.
