Used them twice in the past, first time the main guy pulled up to jump start my truck. Told him cat 3406B in a kenworth w900. He comes without the correct tools or equipment, says I still have to charge you a service fee and the time I was here... nothing got done on my truck. $500 gone. Most recent time he came first day spent 3 hours taking off my thermostat housing take into account the only thing in the way was removing the turbo below boot. 2 flat head screws 60 second removal. The guy sits on the phone and fidgets around pointlessly on purpose to milk the the time to send another guy out to finish the next day on top of needing to tap my screw hole because it stripped coming out. Of course this happening the tap is wrong and unravels more time added. I drained the coolant I brought the bucket while he was just walking around acting like I didn't tell him before he pulled up, bro I just need an O ring change on my thermostat housing. First day 560 Zelle only let me send 500 on the day limit. Next day he comes the new guy actually was working but still I told him like aye that gasket in the back was hanging it's not on properly. No still went through the whole installation just to have coolant pouring out of my engine. Just to take it all back off and install it how it was supposed to be done when I said that from the start just observing. Still charged another 2 hours of service on top of the first day.Long story short this guy will for sure milk the clock and still want to be paid top dollar. If I didn't say I can't pay 1000 for an O ring change they wouldn't have dropped it to 850. 850 for a 2/3 hour job is absurd, on top of the first experience 500 for coming to do no work at my yard and sit in his truck. I know this because he left his ratchet on my batteries and left them all hanging, which I still have his tool if he ever wants to deny it. I wouldn't recommend this any day of the week to anyone. Mechanics should be paid and appreciated but this guy is just shady he knows what he is doing. I've paid total around 1300 for a jump start that he never did and an O ring change. 2/10 for sure. read more

Excellent service, my fathers diesel went down. I looked online and found diesel fix. The owner michael showed up to where the truck was down. He found out what the problem was really quick and was able to fix it on the spot. Got the truck going within the hour and the truck was back on the road. Highly recommend this business. Its all mobile which makes it even better to get a truck fixed right on the spot!. The owner michael was very professional and did a clean job. If I could I wouldn't even give them a star! Asked them to come out and inspect my 2011 f350 6.7 because it was making a blowing air sound and a high pitch squeal when I gave it throttle. They sent out a mechanic named Michael Casas who was nice and inspected for a couple of hours. He then told me my turbo bearings had failed and showed me oil and told me he knew because the turbo propeller blade was lose so since I know nothing about the 6.7 I said ok. We agreed for Diesel fix to use a 3 rd party to rebuild the turbo. It took Michael almost 3 days of work to get the turbo out. On YouTube I saw a guy get it out in 3 hours! Secondly, it took 5 days to get it back when he told me it was 1 day turnaround. Thirdly he started putting it back together then left , forgot and took all the bolts with him so the next mechanic,Henry, had to go meet Michael and get them. That slowed the job down a day. Fourthly, Henry took 2 days to put everything back together and then forgot the coolant plug so leaked 1 gallon of coolant all over my driveway. Henry also admitted that he was just a smog tech before taking this job and the owner Kari, would not supply me with a picture of Henry's diesel cert. lastly I started the motor up and it still made same noises and same loss of power!!! during the process I paid The company 700$ to get started on the work. After I had given Michael my card to swipe ( he had a card swiper on his iPhone which was tied to the company's server). I noticed 4 days later that the day after Michael swiped the card I was getting fraud purchases for food and grub hub and door dash we're delivering. The food was being purchased from restaurants in Hemet. I filed police report but decided to do some investigation. Through that investigation ( police are aware of everything and investigating ) I learned that Michael Casa had Denny's deliver to his house by door dash the exact $ amount of food that was on my card to his house.!! Denny's confirmed that the pitched was made with card ending in MY last 4 digits of card number! I'm pursuing legal action. I then took my truck to Ford and in 2 hours called me and let me know the oil was from injector seals gone bad and the blowing air sound was from damaged intercooler tube and squealing noise was warped exhaust manifolds! I NEVER NEEDED A NEW TURBO!!! BE AWARE OF THESE FRAUDS!! read more
