I got out of my car to check the damage and i find out my under carriage is scraped to hell and my A/C housing is bent asf. Googled the possibilities and found several horror stories from tire shops damaging the tire pressure sensors and claiming it was existing, then sticking the customer with the repair cost. I took it back in expecting the worst. Sure enough, they noted it was a broken pressure sensor. Without me even asking, they immediately took responsibility and quickly replaced it at their cost and sent me on my way. Stellar service and friendly people. Not really knowing what to expect, I arrived and was greeted with excellent customer service. Everyone at this establishment was friendly and courteous, and explained everything in great detail. My vehicle was brought into the service area at the time of my appointment and the work begin on time. The employees were very helpful with providing me with knowledge about the area, etc.. This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at a Midas and will definitely return. In this day and age, I am glad to see that quality customer service, and work still exists.
