Went in again and looked at a different car, again we inquired about possibly working a deal as the taxes were exceptionally higher than what he quoted us on the prior visit for car priced comparatively.He stra forward told us no. By his demeanor my husband and I both began to feel a little as if he didn't really want our business, however he could have been having a bad day. Fast forward a month or so later we Finally decided we would call and see if this car was still available. I called and he said yes, so we drove 40 minutes over to just move forward with purchasing the car. We had obtained our loan check and had the remaining in cash. As we entered the parking lot we were not greeted AT ALL. We then decided we would go inside and saw there was a note on the door stating "he was out running cars around town". As we pulled on the door he yelled "I'm here" . Immediately our feelings were not so good. We walk in, he's on the phone. He remains on the phone until the call was over. We remained seated in the waiting area. He then begans a conversation with us from his office which is in another room. Then we say to him " Yes, we decided to come back and see if this car was available and go ahead and buy it" He then states to is " YEAH WELL THE PRICE IS THE PRICE. YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN HERE 3 TIMES. I DONT WANNA WASTE ANYONES TIME HERE" Like OMG!! We felt so insulted! It then completely felt as if he was really saying to us... that he didn't want our business because of the color of our skin. Like It was almost clear! Feeling speechless I informed him that we had optioned the funds and was there to buy the car but with that sort of attitude we would take business elsewhere. He replied by laughing and saying ok! NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!! This experience was DISGUSTING!! when searching for a car you may certainty revisit dealerships several times just to ensure you make the right decision. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! On a vacation trip the week of September 29th, we were just south of Lyons, Kansas .......a-n-d…read moreBAM!!!!..... the transmission in our Tahoe went out! We were stranded in a pretty remote rural area of Kansas, hours from home and with no idea who to contact for help. We ended up being towed to Midway Motors Chevrolet of Hutchinson, KS. While waiting to get picked up, I called ahead to let them know our Tahoe was going to be towed in and spoke to Jim Turner, one of the service advisors. Jim was understanding of our travel situation and assured me they would do what they could to check things out and see what options could be. When we arrived and the tow truck pulled in Jim came right out to meet us and worked with the driver from Lucas Towing of Kansas, LLC, on the best place to offload the Tahoe. Jim then told me he had made arrangements for a loaner vehicle from the dealership that my wife and I could use to make it on to our planned hotel that night and could still make it to our scheduled visits to vacation attractions the next two days. Kelsie was the young lady in the office who then got us in a loaner vehicle that my wife would be most comfortable in. She was so helpful and friendly. After we transferred all our stuff from the Tahoe to the loaner car and finished some paperwork with Kelsie, I went back out to speak with Jim and he already had the Tahoe pulled in and Dillin, the service technician, was already starting to diagnose things. Over the next days, I received frequent updates from Jim on what needed to be done, the status on getting parts, and making the repairs. We were towed in Monday afternoon and thanks to Jim and Dillon, we were able to drive away Thursday morning. ....only having to stay one extra night in Hutchison than originally planned and we didn't miss any reservations or vacation activities that were prepaid and could not have been rescheduled. Jim, Dillin, and Kelsie, we will always be grateful for all you did for us. The Tahoe is running great now and we arrived safely home. Good Job! You all made a stressful situation much easier to get through than it could have been without each of you. Thank you.

He also then took my monthly price we agreed upon but advised it would be paid bi weekly. In case people don't know there's 26 bi weekly payments not 24 so they get two more extra payments and when you divide it into 12 months, it is out of our budget so kudos to being quick and dishonest but I would NEVER do business with these bottom feeders again. There are plenty of Ford dealerships in the neighboring areas. Don't think this location will be at all trustworthy. If you've bought from them before I'd revisit your detail. Good luck.
