This place is kind of tucked away and can be easily missed if not familiar with the area. The office is small but welcoming. Dr. Fedrigo gave me a couple of options for my situation and explained the pros and cons for each. Having issues with an ingrown toenail before and going to other doctors in the past, I could tell that Dr. Fedrigo was on top of his game. He removed the ingrown toenail and treated my toe so I would not have to worry about the toenail being ingrown again. Took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and made sure to have me schedule a follow up appointment to make sure everything was healing correctly. Let me tell you she is a piece of work, being from New York and having all the attitude. I was afraid of what she would say to this doctor and in fact was told never to return to another doctor's office. I made the appointment with Dr. Jann directly squeezing her into his schedule since I told him that she had several extremely painful toes. Got to the office early, this doctor shows up at the door on the dot, he says he was at a housecall( is that still done these days?). My mom goes right into the exam room and starts going off on the doctor for not showing up early, he doesn't even get defensive. His response, that he always gives everyone their time and his attention to their concerns to be sure they leave the office in better shape than they arrived was great. He also asked her, that in all the years of going to doctors, "why has she not learned that doctors are usually late and never early for their appointments?" Anyways, he diagnosed her with extreme fungal toenails, worn out old shoes, and extremely damp feet. Then he cut down all the toenails, told us how to take care our feet daily, and told us come back in about 3 months. My very difficult to deal with mother was taken care of better than I had expected. I definitely feel this guy has the knack and is able to put even the most difficult person at ease.
