All the staff were helpful, ascertained where the product was, communicated really well and then offered to get the item for me, while I wait! Fantastic customer service! They are a 'one stop shop' really selling smart phones, tablets, TVs, DVDs, fridges, kitchen appliances, everything I think. Great sales too!

These guys have some pretty good deals that can sometimes even beat the other gaming giants like JB hifi and EB games. They have a fair number of games for sale as well as some other game related products like figurines and other collectible stuff like that; you know, nerdy stuff that you don't need but want anyway. This store used to be located in a really hard to find part of that ridiculously designed Metro building (seriously it's so stupid with its escalators that miss out entire floors!), but thankfully they are now located on Chancery Lane) . During the few months it took to repair, with several follow up calls I had been led to believe it could be repaired, only to have Kelly cover his tracks and not provided any service receipt/description on request. Each phone call he said it would be ready and would call back, only false promises who Kelly blamed on his serviceman for not turning up. Poor experience and very disappointing 250.00 down and not a thing to show for a deceased family possession I would have loved to hear again.

It was still one of the nicest things that's ever happened to me in a shop. Good one Ken! Apart from random acts of kindness, this is the place to go for anything camera-related. They stock a wide range of gear, (including studio equipment) and seem to always be a little bit cheaper than other places around. They also sell second hand gear on behalf, and also repair film cameras (not digital ones, although they can clean the sensor for you). I've actually had the same camera for about 18 years, so I'm not really their target market, but if you're upgrading or getting your first camera, I encourage you to go here and talk to people who know of what they speak. Finally, if you are in need of Lomo and the like, you can get that here too. All this and free tomatoes!

This store has a crazy cool amount of options to choose from for the young and hip kid. I loved that there was a different style and colour for every pencil case, folder, writing book, journal, and money safe. It did make trying to decide on a design quite hard at first, but with help from the really friendly and chatty sales assistant, I was on my way with a bag of Smiggle gear for the kids in less than 15 minutes. Smiggle has everything the kid would need for school. For example bags, wallets, lunch boxes, drink bottles, funky slap bands to swap with friends, writing tools. It's completely endless, and mind boggling what they have come up with, it's like they have entered the child's mind and asked- what would you want? Always a fun time shopping here, I get to be a kid for a bit.
