She finds one set of contacts ( I have two different prescriptions, one for each eye). She can't find the other set of contacts and says it'll be 4-6 weeks. The whole shelter in home thing happens and I'm still without contacts. I call and I'm told to check in at the end of the month. It is over 4 months (not weeks) by now and still no contacts. I ask if I can get a copy of my prescription so I can try somewhere else to see if I can get some contacts. They say they will send my prescription. A week goes by and I haven't got my prescription. I call again and am told they will email the manager. So I'm not sure if it'll be a few more months before I can even get my prescription. I'm not sure how long the prescription is good for so hopefully whoever I can get if I even get my prescription will honor the prescription. I will keep contacting them to see if I ever get a copy of the prescription I have already paid for. I would definitely not recommend this place. There used to be an older gentleman optometrist and an older lady attendant. I wish they were still there.
