As per usual my BOi Leo & Co. SAVED me and this is NOT the first time. My CraZYyyyyy Ex hacked into all of my personal technology and at the 1,2,3 the boyz from the hood ( ???) honestly and swiftly handled it !! ( I have gotten many of a phone fixed by them at ridiculously reasonable prices BtW!!!) And what about that amazing fish tank !!!!!! I'm just floored by how sweet and empathetic they are every single time honestly. You don't get this type of service anywhere else and at these prices. My wife shattered her iPhone 17 screen, even with an OtterBox defender case on it. Brought it in and they replaced the screen and now the phone says the replacement screen is from a lost/stolen phone. Took it back they replaced with another screen that also says from someone else's phone and isn't compatible. He told me he has now ordered one directly from Apple however it's seven weeks later and I still don't have a properly working phone. Store no longer answering their phone or responding to messages. I have filed a charge back with my credit card company and I am filing a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs. I should have read all the complaints on Yelp before using this place. Do Not Take Your Devices Here! I had a very unprofessional experience with this computer repair shop. I have a computer that the screen was failing. The shop replaced the screen and charged my CC. When I was using the computer, the screen began to have glitches. The shop said it is covered by the screen manufacture. I brought it to them and was told it should take 45 MINUTES TO FIX. It was not repaired FOUR DAYS LATER. I ask to please return it, and I can bring it back at a better time. I returned the computer for the replacement screen days later. I was told at that time that they would have it finished by end of day. 7 hours later I returned to pick up the computer. The technician told me that it would not be finished until the NEXT WEEK. My response was of surprise and disappointment. The repair tech completely lost all sense of composure and professionalism. He said I can take the computer to another repair shop. His parting words were for me to F_CK Off! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They stole my money and told me "I will see you in small claims court" I cannot believe the way the repair tech came unglued. Broken promises, lack of professionalism and just rude is all I can say. Please avoid this place. Went to get a screen repaired and get home and it started flickering. When I reached out he said I would have to pay again to pay to fix it, and they the cheaper screen option was. a "50/50" risk and that the "color was gonna be off", why would you offer that as an option to a client. He got nasty and said to not come back. Go to a place with someone who's running it has more experience to be honest. Young kid that needs to work for someone else for a bit. Not worth it. Buyer Beware!! In case you were looking to get your phone repaired at this location please be aware that if you ask for an OEM replacement, you will be charged for one but you will NOT receive an OEM product. I requested my screen to be repaired with an OEM product and paid the up charge to get the OEM replacement which was confirmed by Leo. Upon receiving my phone, I started to receive many errors about a non apple product being used and features and functionality would no longer work. An example is Carplay in my vehicle comes up with an error about an unsupported display. The Iphone itself states the screen is not an Apple screen and the overall brightness is less then the original, not to mention the auto brightness feature no longer functions. This was a bait and switch and I was purposely misled by the owner. This may have been a "premium screen" worth an up charge, it IS NOT an OEM screen like I was sold. After the so called "repair" i have an iphone that no longer functions 100% and the owner is refusing to do anything. I have even requested he put my phone back to the original state i brought it to him, he first agreed to this,but then told me no and that he would not do anything to retify the concerns or the fact that I was misled. The worst part is that the packaging of the replacement screen even states " parts are not always from the original products or parts". This entire repair can simply be defined a fraudulent where I was sold one thing and given another. Do yourself a favor and if your phone is broken, go somewhere else. read more

So here we are Labor Day weekend and my husband picks up his phone to find a vertical red line running down the left side of his iPhone screen, making any app on the left side of the phone inoperable! No insurance, 200 balance left on the lease and in between pay periods needless to say we were screwed! I remember seeing this store and immediately drove up there all the while my husband is pissing and moaning "they aren't going to be open on a Sunday" my reply was google says their open he says "they are not going to be open on Labor Day weekend" AGAIN, google says their open! 12:20 we arrive I walk in with the phone, a very nice young man looks at the phone and says it will be ready in a half hour, now I'm stunned.... I at least expected it to be there for a day maybe 2. He goes on to say he will be putting on a new screen, throwing in a new screen protector reiterates it will be ready in a half hour all for $80.00!!! 1:30 phone is back in our possession [we could not get there any sooner] good as new, new screen and a new screen protector. My cell phone would not charge. Digital Doctor found that my phone would not charge from a cord but it would remotely. He suggested parts at $90.00 with a $40.00 deposit. I went home, opened it and blew it out with compressed air. It worked perfectly after that. Digital Doctor refused to give me my deposit. He said the contact was "on line " but no mention was made in the store about refunds. He did nothing to repair the problem except order parts that, would indeed , fix the problem. Leo & Ian were terrific - I was in a panic with my phone not working after a beach stay. I was two hours away from my home without any access to gps or map and Apple support was useless. I went to Geek Squad and the man there informed me I needed a new display but they didn't have the part and couldn't look up stock/availability anywhere else. Luckily the Geek Squad attendant recommended Digital Doctors a few miles down the road in Manahawkin and within 30 min I was in and out of that place. Besides being fast and a better rate than either Geek Squad or Apple, they also were informative and showed me where water had got into my phone and the areas that luckily weren't effected. They were honest and thorough - ultimately they fixed the display and advised I get a new phone asap because of inevitable glitches that will happen from water. I'm already seeing what they're talking about so I'm glad to have a place where I know I'm getting what I pay for and a bit more in terms of tips and future advice! Highly recommend read more
