I got transferred four times and was told that the next person would be able to cancel my account. Just to find out they wanted to give me other options. This was so bad i had to record the call. After 40 minutes the manager got on the phone and proceeded to do the same thing. Tried to give me options to keep the service. It wasn't until i threatened them that I am also recording the call and that I will be writing a review that she had to give one more option before finally getting to the cancellation. I would never buy this product again. Not even because it wasn't a good product. The customer service is total shit! Do not waist your time with a company that doesn't value loyal customers!

My husband and I have been having issues with seeing the live feeds from all 3 cameras on our app…read more This issue has been going on a month or so. The first time I called, the techs did a trouble shoot. They rebooted the panel and all three cameras 3 times and we were still having the same issue. They had a tech come out to check the cameras. The tech stated that 2 of the cameras were fine but 1 of them (doorbell camera) needed to be replaced. So we received an doorbell camera at no cost. My app worked for a little while and then stopped working again but my husband was never able to see his live feed on his app. I called back again and the tech performed a trouble shoot again by rebooting the cameras and having me go outside to trigger the apps to see if it work. It did work for me for a short time but my husband still was not able to see his live feed. The biggest issue is that when the camera's are triggered, we cannot see the live feed when we tap on the notification that pops up on our phones. We call again yesterday, 2/25/2026. The tech performed another trouble shoot by rebooting the cameras and having me go outside and trigger the cameras to see if my husband and I can see the live feed from the notification on our phones. It would work once and then when triggering it again it doesn't work. They had us uninstall and install the app on our phone a couple of times, which helped but only after a couple of times the camera's were triggered. I had to call them back a few times yesterday because they instructed to give them a call back if it happens again. After doing this repeatedly and still not getting any results, I request to speak to a manager. Previously, on a call, I was informed that there was an upgrade to our cameras that would perform better. They asked what type of cell phones we had. When I told them that they were Androids, they informed that they have been getting the same calls from Android users and they were aware of a software issue they were having. They could not give me any ETA of when the issue would be fixed. After all of this, I wanted to speak to an manager to request a free upgrade because we have been having this issue for over a month, calling multiple times and we are still having this issue. The manager told my husband and I that they would give us a $75 discount on our bill but could not give us the free upgrade. They could give us a 25% discount on the cameras. This has been a headache. I explained to them that this could possibly be a bad situation. What if someone was trying to break into our home or garage while we are at home and we try to look at out live feed and can't do it risking our lives to look out an window? What if we are away from home and cannot see the feed to see what is going on? We still were told that this is the only thing they can do. We pay our monitoring service every month on time and we are valued customers due to my husband being a military vet. We feel that they have not taken care of us. We are still having this issue.

I purchased a vehicle from Mathew chambers online who reassured me that the vehicle belonged to his company. The payment for the vehicle was originally suppose to be made through Paypal but matt did not trust Paypal so he asked me to pay directly through Miami Valley Security which made sense ,"since according to Mathew the vehicle belonged to his company Miami Valley Security". So Mathew told me he needed to tax me on the vehicle purchase which I thought was odd but he reassured me that paying the taxes through him would eliminate me having to pay taxes twice. When I received the vehicle title i notice the vehicle was not in his company name but in his name indeed. Therefore the DMV did not acknowledge the taxes I paid to Miami Valley Security Security. So I called matt and he agreed to refund me the taxes through "Paypal". I waited 3 days and notice he never sent me the money so I called, texted, even send emails and he never responded. I even got a friend email him about installing some cameras for him to make sure I had the right number and he answered to and even left a voice mail. So I realized he basically lied and got me for a few extra bucks (140 Dollars to be exact). So my last option was to leave a Facebook business review (www.facebook.com/piquaohiomvs/ ) and (yelp) which he immediately responded to by text however not about refunding me but about removing my reviews or he was going to report me to the cops for asking him to lower the price of the vehicle on the title which he never did. Even his wife messaged me on Facebook about my review and later blocked me on Facebook which was kinda odd. So its been 2 month still haven't received my refund they still aren't answering my emails, calls or text.
