I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. The worst sign company and the WORST employees that run it…read more Ethan Kaufman and his "assistant" Kaylen Sadler are the biggest scam artists in the game. If I could give negative stars, I would! A month ago, I called about an invoice I received about two banners on the apartment building I own. I spoke with Kaylen Sadler who assured me work was done. When asked for photos of proof of any work done, Kaylen assured me she would send me photos. Taking my email, she promised pictures. A month or more later, I had to CALL and ask for photos because she never sent photos. When asked about calling me back about the invoice, she seemed to have forgotten that or missed it all together. Lights on but no one's home! Then I have the pleasure to speak to Ethan Kaufman on Tuesday, December 9. When asking him about my invoice and why two banners costed me $3,000, he didn't even know what to say. To buy the same signs online would have costed $60-$100 each not $300 for one. To top it all off, they charged for one trip and labor $800 and then a second trip (BECAUSE of THEIR error) had to come back again and charge $1,100 for trip and labor. These people charge a crazy amount for mediocre signs and then charge huge fees for labor and tack on extra charges at their liking. It is sick. Ethan said he would call me back on Tuesday. Never did. He emailed me that he would talk to the management company. Who knows if that even happened? Total liar and a fake. Today I called for updates, acted confused and didn't even know he sent me an email on Tuesday. Lights on and no one's home. Then he asks me if he sent me an updated invoice? I did not receive one from him so more lies and more deception. Says he doesn't know about an email he sent then says he sent an email invoice that he never sent. Then he told me when asking question about my bill and what to do with them and management company, he did not share any info as those are his "friends," his "clients." Well if that's the case Ethan, good luck getting payment from your friends/clients, because you won't see a dime from me. Avoid this company and Ethan and Kaylen, they suck!

I've been using the chains like Minuteman press in…read morethe past to get our marketing materials however, Integrity Print Group has gone the extra mile through customer service and workmanship. We used them for our signage, vinyl stickers, and flyers that came out amazing! They are probably one of the largest facilities that print in house, turnaround the quickest in the industry, beated every pricing in town ( as big as they are) and they're customer service is beyond stellar!
