My wife and I own a family business. We recently purchased a Ford Transit Connect with the intent to have a local company wrap it, but estimates from local sign shops came in high so we increased our search radius from LA County to include Orange County. One of the companies to bid on the job was Digital Magic Signs. It became evident that we underestimated how much wraps cost. Wayne and Anto were genuinely interested in learning about our customers and our business as a whole. Even though we walked in with a completed design from our company's designer, I asked Anto his professional opinion because their company receive feedback from their clients so they know what works better than us. Anto made some recommendations that really got us thinking about our design from a totally different perspective. We paid him to design an alternative mockup using the same colors based on the target audience we wanted to reach and on the basic principles they have learned over the years in their wrap business. His subsequent mockup was impressive, but we didn't realize how much of an impression the wrap would make until people would go out of their way to call us while they were driving, inquiring about our services and telling us they are driving next to us. The first job was a custom order of many different digital prints in various sizes. I got into contact with Digital Magic signs through Yelp and decided to give them a shot based on their rating but also because I checked out their website and felt they seemed legitimate. From the very first phone call I knew that I made the right choice because Wayne was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He was not aggressive, he just wanted to answer my questions and pose his own to get an understanding of the tradeshow graphics I was inquiring about. I've ordered trade show graphics in the past but have had issues with the quality of the hardware when it came time to re-use the equipment so I decided that we needed some high-end products. After speaking with Wayne, he emailed me hardware suggestions and explained the issues that I might potentially encounter with some of the products and through his recommendations I was able to select a package that handled my needs. From their, his graphic artist named Angel sat down with me and figured out a concept with the marketing vision I had that would work with the hardware's aesthetics. Angel and I emailed each other over the course of a couple of days and we were able to produce a design that I was very happy with. After we agreed on the artwork, Digital Magic Signs took 1 day to print and mount all of my graphics and shipped them directly to my office along with a tracking number and a follow-up to ensure I was happy with the product. The funny thing was that I intended to spend more money this time around to get some 'high-end'­ hardware however I paid less than I ever have in the past. I was really surprised at the level of service I received and the professionalism that exhibited from the moment I called in.
