As soon as my Tesla was delivered, I reached out to schedule. Filip got me in within two days. I couldn't believe my luck with such a quick turnaround! I told him when I was going to pick up my car in the morning. He said to just come by and drop off my car. He was so nice and walked me through the different tint options. The tint on the moonroof of the model Y isn't dark enough to prevent glare. So he suggested the perfect tint that will provide enough to prevent glare and some heat protection. Also he suggested tint shades for the side and front & rear windows. It took about 5-6 hours. Loved the way it came out. Fresh Window Tint is a family run business. His son and nephews do the work. For me, Master Protection Films really stood out for several reasons. When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

He sent progress photos along the way and walked me through exactly what was included: full hood, fenders, bumper, headlights, and mirrors for the film, plus paint correction before the ceramic went on. The finish came out flawless. Deep gloss, super smooth to the touch, and you can barely tell the film is there except for how well it's protecting the front end. Pricing was fair for the coverage and warranty (10-year PPF, 5-year Gtechniq CSL), and the car was ready right on schedule. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to protect a new vehicle the right way. Already planning to bring my next car back here.
