Once the part was ordered the tech Richard came to my house and fixed it right at my dining room table. It was quite affordable and my laptop works wonderfully now! Easy and convenient and he even ran scans to make sure it was performing its fastest free of charge. I was very happy with the service and should the need arrive I will contact them again :)
