I just had my laptop repaired by Don (Nexgen PC Sevices). Without getting too involved the symptoms pointed to either a motherboard or CPU (both are serious). Don checked it out and discovered the motherboard was bad. It's an older Dell XPS laptop and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. Don took it upon himself to find a used motherboard on EBay from a seller in Florida. He ordered and installed it in less than a week. His rate was very reasonable versus a new XPS laptop which currently run around $2,000. I'm very happy with his work. I'll definitely use his services in the future. read more

Called Don at10:30am to explain the problem I was having with my laptop. I brought it to him shortly thereafter. He called me 3 hours later telling me it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I work from home so I absolutely must have access to my laptop. I went into my office this morning, hit the power button and NOTHING. Yikes! Called & asked if I could take my laptop in and have Don look it over. I arrived and set my laptop down, and as is often the case, it worked just fine. Since only the drive was bad, I purchased a new one, dropped it off, and he installed it the same day. All work was done at a very reasonable price.
