She answered every single question I had in full detail...and trust me, I had a lot, some of them where off the wall what if questions and she never once made me feel stupid or as if I was a bother to her. I never felt like a number. I was known by name when I walked in the door! Now let me start on my actual treatments. My very first appointment was a consultation, and she did a ultrasound the same day so we could get the ball rolling. We found out I had a polyp, and she scheduled me for removal. After having my first HSG and suspecting my tunes were blocked and I was crushed, she was still optimistic, she scheduled me for surgery to see if it could be unblocked. It couldn't, and although I still had one tube, she advised that IVF would be best. Stem cycle...first off let me start by saying I was 28 when starting off, Dr James started me off on the normal dosage and while responded, my response wasn't what she wanted it do be, she gradually upped my dosage. I ended up with 28 eggs, 11 of the 28 were frozen at day 5 and 1 on day 6. FET#1 while it ended in a chemical, Dr James did a perfect cycle even while dealing with her own personal crisis, she never let me or any other patients fall by the way side. Fast forward to FET # 4 Dr James thought outside of the book, she never just once said well I don't know but let's just try this. She always took the time out to specialize treatment for me. I was allergic to so many things but she never gave up. I am now 23 weeks pregnant with twins!!! I am eternally grateful to Dr Summer James! I also recommended a friend to go see Dr James after having an unsuccessful cycle with another RE, Dr James was able to do the almost impossible, and my friend delivered a beautiful baby boy in February! I would recommend Dr. James over and over and over again with no hesitation. Even through my failed cycles Dr James was there! She never pressured me into anything, she always explained everything too me, explained her reason for why she was doing it and what the benefits were. I could go on for hours about how great she is. I had 2 cycles of the IUI the first time I paid with my card and the second time I paid cash. The receptionist took my cash counted it out at the computer and handed me my calendar and scheduled the insemination date. I left the facility, they use this app where they post payments and changes like a medical file. Everything was correct on my app. They say you can't have the procedure until payment is made in full. I Had the 2 procedures... sadly they failed. I will say it wasn't easy , it was emotionally difficult... Ms. Cheryl Koone was sweet, she's a good provider. They said 1750.00 for the package . With the, the US, the insemination process, and everything else they help you do. After the first failed process I asked them how much would it be to do the process again they said 1750.00. In total for the two I gave them 3500.00. I then start to receive bills saying I owe them for the IUI procedure. I called to talk to the manager the financial advisor and they told me I never paid, then they said they found my credit card payment for the first one , BUT THEY COULD NOT FIND MY CASH PAYMNT. I literally cried but I think it was the hormones... I tell them to look at the cameras ! Check them I was not lying! They made me doubt myself. I know I paid because they would not schedule me without paying in full that's THEIR POLICY! they give you a purple small bag with the papers and the cup for the semen sample. During hormone treatment you feel the worst, and it was worse knowing they lost my payment and now they wanted me to pay again! I reached out to them no response other than they will look into it! Never heard from them again. I did see a message /email that THEY ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS... of course. I'm asking for answers, what happened, the footage of me at the counter. If they could help me have a baby keep the money!! I'll pay it all over again! I'm sad that my dreams of being a mother for the second time has failed, but now this nightmare of all these messages that I owe they close to 2800.00. For the same thing I paid for! The year I'm preparing to depart this city, I find an Ophthalmologist, a Dentist & GYN I like (still working on that PCP). Anyway, Dr. Osowo listened. She believes in Body Autonomy, so you're informed & involved in your decisions instead of just being told what you should do. I felt that if I needed something and was unreasonable she would be clear & direct protecting her license and helping you help yourself. Now...I won't say it's a fast in and out. The long waiting period was in the waiting room the 1st time I went but it was also a mid afternoon appointment. My follow up appointment, I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day and I was in and out. If you're looking for a great GYN, look no more.

You are waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes to an hour, then another hour when they take you to the back. Let's not get started when you need urgent care, they basically say "oh sorry, I can't do anything unless you come into the office" ....wow great see ya in 2 months despite me needing URGENT care!!! THE WORST OFFICE EXPERIENCE!!!! So safe to say my 4 daughters and I will be transferring to another doctor!

She helps you organize all your appointments and treatments. He even has a phlebotomist in the office so you don't have to go to a second location for labs. Average time spent in his office is 20 to 30 minutes. On the rare occasion of them being extremely busy I've been there at most an hour. He is awesome at trying to keep costs down especially cause most insurances don't cover infertility. I highly recommend him!

And if you get home and have more questions, they encourage you to call or text the office with any questions at all. He works with you payment wise and allows you to make payments on some things if you need. He has assisted numerous women in getting pregnant. You can see a ton of photos of some of the babies he helped create all over his office! Unfortunately my husband and I are moving out of state and only got to go to Dr. Mitwally and his family for a few months but we told him we wish we could take him with us lol!! I was charged an office visit for my annual exam- which is supposed to be NO charge- because the doctor asked me "how are you doing?". Since I was experiencing some changes, they charged me. I agreed to get blood work done, so I'm ok with that bill. But Labcorp charged me ANOTHER BILL because my results came up abnormal from my Pap Smear so a physican (an actual human) had to read my results so they charged me for their inconvenience. Those results and screening are covered by my insurance but if an actual human reads your results your charged and sent a bill.
