    Really great finds and the ladies are always so nice!! I haven't tried the layaway but will soon and will update post.

    SHYSTERS, SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!…read more My husband I drove from Colfax to Roseville to buy a queen mattress and boxspring from this store. I did not do any research on the store prior to purchasing the mattress from them. If I had read the Yelp reviews, I would have known to stay far away from the scammers that own this place. Our salesman was Daniel. We were leaving the store, without making a purchase, and he kept following us out and lowering the price on the mattress and waiving the delivery fee. Since we live in Colfax, we thought it was a good deal. He sold us last year's model of a mattress. He told us it had springs and foam. It was delivered Friday, November 29, 2024. It is a 6-inch foam mattress. It is also not completely sewn together. It is not the mattress that we ordered. On Monday, December 2, 2024, I called and asked to speak with Daniel to advise him that I was delivered the wrong mattress. I was advised that it was his day off. I called again on Tuesday. I was advised that he had gone home with a backache. I spoke to a man who said he could help me. He told me his name was "Luis". This was a lie. Nobody by that name works there. Yet, I spoke to someone for two days who alleged that he was "Luis". At this point, we decided to drive the 31 miles back to the furniture store to see if we could get them to deliver the correct mattress. I knew that this was going to be an effort in futility, but I felt that I had to give it a try. We entered the store and Daniel was there, he was assisting another customer. There is a man, whose name I do not know, who is always sitting in the back of the store. We were in the front of the store, and he shouted to me that he could help me. I asked if he was the manager/owner, and he said he was one of them. I told him my issue. He looked up my sales ticket. He said that I got the correct mattress, but if I was not happy with it, he would upgrade it for me, for an additional cost. He asked me what I expected for the price I paid. I showed him the mattress that Daniel told me I was getting, and he laughed. Daniel was still with a customer at the front of the store. We went to the front of the store to wait for him. As she walked by me to leave, I told her to spend her money somewhere else or she would be sorry. The manager started screaming at us to get out of his store. We left the store, and the lady was outside waiting for us. I told her to go home and read the Yelp reviews, something I should have done before I ever went there. She said she wanted bedroom furniture. I told her to find a reputable furniture store to shop at. I hope she heeds my warning, or she will be the next bad review. I do not care what they say to you, they are liars, scammers and thieves and those are their good qualities. Once they have your money, you are dead to them. I will stand in their parking lot and let anyone who is planning to shop there that they are making a huge mistake. I will be filing complaints with each and every agency that governs scammers such as these. This is also elder abuse. Any review on this or any other site that praises them, was written by them. They are underhanded in everything that they do. If you are a victim of these scammers, please file a police report with Roseville Police Department. Please file a claim with the Better Business Bureau, where they have an "F" rating. Report them to the FBI Fraud Division, Department of Consumer Affairs. You can do all of this online.

    this is the yuba city store - please help us spread the word for your loved ones & friends…read more i cannot imagine one of our elderly people having to go through this - the reviews are horrible - no where in the store do they say no refunds no exchange except on the bottom of their receipt. manny is a crook what our attorney says is he did the old switcheroo, which means he advertised one thing they bought, he delivered something totally different which on the reviews he's done that to countless people. then gives you the runaround, because we called him out on it he got mad and said you're stuck with the product now . it was not even what she ordered. on some of the reviews when they demanded after months a refund he charge them 30% for a restocking fee even though he delivered the wrong thing or they had waited months and didn't receive their product. we will be filing a civil suit and reporting them to the better bureau but this could be a couple of months and they are going to have a baby in a couple months. so our option was either put the bed together because she's already gotten rid of her other bed. when we opened the bed up, there was a crack in the frame, we went to screw the bed legs together and they were stripped, so we then had to supper glue it, then opened the box spring the plastic part is broken and already had a rip. this is such horrible business and i would hate for anybody else to have this horrible experience!! so i'm calling on my facebook community to please share far and wide as this is not the type of businesses we want in our community, and the reason why james and i only shop at don's furniture or evans because they give excellent customer service they would've never done this to people. my husband went into the store with my soon to be daughter-in-law with the bed manny refused to do a refund or do an exchange my husband said i am offering you an olive branch to make this right or i will be picking in your store and going on social media and he declined to make it right, which we video. from my soon to be daughter-in-law below absolutely do not do business with with company, manny is the owner/manager and is a crook. this is the bed frame i ordered vs what i got. i paid 900$ cash for this on the 21st, was told it would be here friday, well an hour after i ordered it he called and said they didnt have it in stock so i said okay ill just come get my money back and he told me id have to dome the next day at 12:30 for a refund and then 2 hours later he called and said they had it ordered and would be here friday one second they have it then they don't then they do, whaaaat??) so come friday we have nothing, i called him asking what was up and he said it would be here the next day between 11 and 4. well 4 runs around and no one is here, i called and then he said 30 mins it will be here, it showed up but the wrong bed frame (as pictured ) so i called him and i texted him the photo of what i got and he said "oh yea thats not the right one, i will be back in 30 minutes with the correct order" okay well its been 3 hours since and he refuses to answer my called so i go in, hes not there so the worker called him and he answered and said he will come pick up the wrong order on sunday and give me my money back. sunday is here and he told me over the phone he was no longer picking up the wrong delivery that basically i got what i got. so then i went in person for the 3rd time and he pretend not to know who i was or what i was there for so i proceeded to explain everything he already knows and he told me i got what i got and thats final!!!! what the actual heck i cannot believe this store is even in business. i repeat do not waist your time or money with these people. please share
