Had my wife unload all my tools out of my pickup because I was out of town and they called her 15 minutes later while she was in route to pick up the furniture and told her they sold it to someone else. They told her that they couldn't hold furniture because of too many flaky people.....again this was 15 minutes after they had agreed to sell it to her and told her to come pick it up. My wife has shopped there for 5 years and thought she had a good relationship with this company but obviously they do not care about repeat customers.

I have been following them ever since and going on five years now. Every year they keep improving on their selections of products. I love that they keep their staple/original scents while adding seasonal and series scents. This year, they got super creative with their scents!!! Again, LOVE! They also started doing samplers, which is awesome for someone (like me) that have a hard time deciding on scents---because I want them all LOL! These samplers are also great as gifts!!
