There are complains that go unanswered for decades...causing damages to the inside of houses which they don't take responsibility for it! Pleasant to talk to but extremely inefficient and poor communicators. Our Association meetings are in horrible timeframes because they have people outside the area, in another state, working with us. The houses need painting but have not been painted but one in 10 years... the roofs were done poorly through the years have caused damages to select property owners. They do the bare minimal and ignore it whenever possible. Unfortunately the association meetings are done during very uncomfortable times for people that have a job acomodating only the time frames of Mark IV Property Management. A small sample left over from a leaking roof which took complains for several years to be resolved...

Renting from RPM has been even better than renting from a privately owned place!! They are SO responsive and I feel like I'm renting from people who truly care about me. It feels like I'm renting from family! - any repairs are quickly addressed and fixed - they don't play the blame game - they look out for you Matt is INCREDIBLE! This realtor does not fix house appliances when regular maintenance is required (ice maker, dish disposal, etc.), communicate in a calm and direct manner, or know how to do math. She managed to mix myself and another one of her tenants up when giving back house deposits which ended up in me being shorted $1,000. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." However, this was not a problem caused by us and should not had to have been solved by us.
