They don't have any prices for their permanent bracelets so I had no idea what to expect but I knew I wanted 14k gold, and I was most interested in a Cuban chain. This could have been a case of miscommunication coupled with the fact I don't like confrontation, but when I asked about the price I swore I was told ~$250. That seemed reasonable to me, I've been looking into Cuban chains and that was the price point I was seeing for about that size in 14k. When it came to checkout the price was $2,450 for just the permanent bracelet.....I was in a rush and again, don't love confrontation, so I paid and left but I feel like I seriously over paid for this tiny light weight chain. I was planning on getting more bracelets and jewelry plus some new piercings but after this I don't know if I trust their prices. I think I may use them to find cool jewelers, but purchase elsewhere. It's my fault I didn't double check the price, I take ownership in that. I would just caution against the permanent jewelry, at least learn from my mistake and get the price in writing not just verbally. Update: wow that was a super fast response! They reached out to me after seeing my review. Thank you so much Nadia for your call. I can tell you all really care about your customers. Looking forward to coming back this weekend. Additional side notes, I really appreciate the care they put into fitting the jewelry for customers. I've also have had things shipped to me and their packaging is lovely with nice presentation. I bought my wife's engagement ring about 10 years ago from Brilliant Earth. It is an antique circa…read more1910s. Unfortunately, the ring sustained some damage after about 10 years. We wanted to pay to get it repaired by Brilliant Earth, since they did a great job refurbishing it to begin with. My wife called on 8/5/26 and was told that we can send it in still fused to a wedding band that was not purchased through Brilliant Earth. We offered to have them separated if it would be an issue. Again, they said this won't be a problem. We were provided the shipping label which I appreciated. We were told that we would hear back within 2-3 business days of Brilliant Earth receiving it. We shipped it on 8/10/26 and it was received 8/12/26. After a week (8/18/26) I had to call as we had not received any updates. I was given the run around on why we had not been contacted, and was told someone will call us in 24-48 hours. No one called, and I once again had to call back only to be told that I had to schedule a call with someone from their repair department and that there was confusion on the wedding band that the engagement ring was fused to. Then I finally got a call on 8/25/26 saying they couldn't repair it because it was fused to a wedding band not bought from Brilliant Earth. Our options were for them to send it back and look elsewhere for repairs or send it back, unfuse them, and send it back to Brilliant Earth. They also asked if they wanted me to have the ring shipped back now or wait for our scheduled call with the repair person. I asked to have it shipped back and that we would look elsewhere. I then had to call two days later as I was not provided a tracking number. All in all the customer service was horrible and they had my wife's ring for about 2 weeks and Wouldn't fix it. Such a shame as everything went so smoothly when i purchased the ring. They lost business on two fronts, not repairing the ring, and I will not be buying from them ever again.

The story behind my best friends gift: She and I have known each other since we were 5 years old, and in high school, we always used to swap rings with one another - me with my grandmother's aquamarine, and her with her grandmother's diamond ring. We loved to swap rings and have joked for most of our lives about our finger sizes being the same. When I got engaged, she tried my ring on and said, "it doesn't quuuuuite fit" in which we laughed because I retorted with, "Well. It shouldn't. It's mine!" When she got engaged last summer, I knew I wanted to make something special for her and I knew an aquamarine had to be involved. I went to No. 3 in search of something, but I didn't know what. I spotted a gold bracelet made my Melissa Scoppa that showed the phases of the moon on one side and had diamond stars on the other. After chatting with Lily for a bit about the bracelet, she suggested I could swap out the diamond for an aquamarine on the piece of the bracelet that was our birth moon phase - me, with a waning crescent and hers with a waxing gibbous. Genius! We decided to go forward with it, and had two beautiful bracelets made by Melissa with a little wink to our life long friendship. I couldn't be more pleased with the result, and neither could my friend. I love No. 3 so much because whoever you work with truly cares about what you're making and truly cares about beautiful jewelry. Bought the Gold Hinged Hoop Earrings (in-house brand) - unfortunately, the hinge on one earring…read morefailed and fell out while I was wearing it. I assumed it was a one-off defect, so I ordered a replacement. The second pair fell out too, within 10 minutes of putting it on, during a short car ride to my destination. Two separate units failing doesn't seem like bad luck - seems like poor quality / lack of security in the hinge feature. Because this happened with two separate earrings, I asked the store to allow me to return the remaining earring in my possession, since it would be of no use to me without the second earring. The store declined, citing an inability to inspect the earring(s) that fell off (which, ironically, I'd have gladly provided if they hadn't both failed and fallen off so quickly). I'd expect better quality from an in-house line, and importantly, better customer service when a clear pattern is reported.
