They don't want to give me a refund, I made contact with louis vuttion corporate office, they had no idea dillards was selling their bags! Dilliard's is one of my favorite department stores in Augusta because of brands like Antonio Melani and Gianni Bini. I recently experienced an issue with an item and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The staff here are always friendly and easily accessible. read more

I have tried on multiple occasions to return here. But it was just overly cluttered and the staff were trying to be (incognito) following me. There were a few outfits I was interested in but 1 had stains on them and one was ripped. I did take it to the customer service to see if they had anything else in the size and the woman was very bleak and short with me. read more

I like Dillards for the brands I can get there. Their customer service department however leaves much to be desired- I'm in awe of how un-customer oriented they are! Rude rude rude! Dillards after Christmas sale was well organized and social distancing conscious. There were enough cashiers and registers open to move quickly once you had made your selections. The salesman by Kendra Scott was terrific. He is the reason I gave my interaction stars at all. ...The greatest time spent was in line to view and choose shoes. My interaction at the line to request shoes was painful. The staff member trying to organize the shoes returned to the front specifically told me to ask for my shoe by name since someone else had the boot I wanted to try on...her exact words to me " so you want me to look at every ugg boot in the back and see if I have your size right?" Of course she came back quickly to let me know she looked and there was none...yeah....I'm so certain she really looked. Meanwhile, the young lady helping my sister not only brought her boot out but the same boot in the other color available. See how one person can ruin a great shopping experience? read more

It's a Dillard's located in the Augusta Mall! Their inventory does not seem as varied as Macy's inventory but I still like to browse their stuff here. Purses you have Dooney and Coach (yeah!), along with Jessica Simpson, Guess, etc. Clothing you have Lauren Ralph Lauren, a lot of Dillard brands and a lot of the older women brands. I actually find that most of the clothes here target the mid 30s-60s women so maybe hot trends like DKNY and Michael Kors should be sought elsewhere (Macy's). The lingerie section is kind of small. They do not carry Vanity Fair, to my dismay! The luggage section is also kind of small. The section is located next to the bedding. They do carry a few Guess pieces that are cute but still really expensive. There is a lot of Daniel Cremieux and Ralph Lauren for men here! I don't think they do Dillard's Friends and Family, but they do often do additional x% off clearance items. read more

Went inside of Dillards on 2/10/22 looking for a V-Day gift, was followed the whole time to the point of leaving out the store frustrated and honestly hurt. As I moved between shelves of cologne testing them out an older white woman literally told her co-worker "they're right here" as if we were common thieves. I don't shop in Dillard's often now but years earlier most of my wardrobe consisted of finds in Dillard's. They sell many popular brands that many Augustans love! I recently stopped in to pick up items from celebrity makeup artist and my makeup mentor, Sam Fine.He became the Creative Makeup Director of Fashion Fair, he also debuted his first makeup collection at Fashion Fair. He was brought in to revive the brand to a more modern cosmetics line. I've been a fan of his since his first book, Fine Beauty. It's a look into the world of makeup and celebrity clientele. I swear I recreated every look in this book and live by his advice throughout the book. It was a no brainer that I would be a customer of his when he decided to put his name on cosmetics. It is a beautiful collection of lip colors and glosses. Walking up to the Fashion Fair makeup counter inside Dillard's there was no one there but someone from an adjacent counter came to assist me. I chose a nude color called Deep Suede and a Canary Diamond lip gloss. The lady who was helping me had a hard time finding the gloss. She searched high and low for it, eventually finding the last one in stock. I was so ecstatic that I had another piece of my mentor to help me along the way. This lip color has been my favorite since I bought it and I have been wearing it every chance I get. read more

Dillard's was once one of my favorite stores. However these days I am just largely disappointed by the lack of selection and poor housekeeping in some of its stores. This store is the perfect example. Although they had a great selection of shoes, I just could not help but be distracted by the trash and stains on the floor. When did they decide to suspend cleaning and show so little respect for their customers? Unbelievable! I refuse to support such a store. THE END! read more

This is my favorite department store in the mall. It's mainly for the layout. I move through this department store with ease no matter the section. They always have each section neat and the aisle or racks are placed strategically for browsing. I visit the Womens Apparel section, accessories and kids department most often. All these areas are easy to shop. The kids section is the neatest by far, but that's mainly because their little clothes and items are so easy to store. Dillard's also has great sales. I've found the best deals here and usually not on advertised sale days. The staff is nice. I've never had an issue with finding someone to help or answer questions. I also like where the store is located in the mall. It's not the super high traffic area by the food, so this makes it easy to get in and out. If you choose to enter from the outside of the mall, Dillard's has its own parking lot with plenty of parking, which is great for the holiday season. Overall, a the top of my favorite places to shop in the mall list. read more

Dillard's is great! It's not as busy as others and the selection is better. The lingerie has great customer service and will fit you for the proper size, the men's department always has high quality name brand men's clothes on big discounts. Mary in cosmetics is very helpful and ready to serve. The shoe department is I think the best in the mall. (Where else can you get high quality children's shoes) as well as women's shoes designer to comfort? And the purse section is massive with more designer brands in display. (I am a purse addict). Honesty this rating should be negative. After traveling from Washington DC, I was looking for an outfit for an event. I proceeded to wait in the checkout line where I was the next customer in line to pay for my items. I saw Chris Smith open up another cash register look me right in my face and proceeded to check out a white customer before me. At this time I am upset but Chris Smith finished the trans action before I was helped. Once again he smiled at me in my face and closed his register. Ed DeKime spoke to Chris to ask him to open his register back up to help me but by that time I realized Chris Smith did not want anything to do with me (I really feel it was because I am black). I appalled that a business of this caliber would have employees with what I think are racist. read more

We have been buying my husband's clothes here for years. Dorothy in the Big & Tall section is the best. It makes shopping a pleasure when she is in. The others can't relate to older men and some we cannot understand, so we have to try to come by when Dorothy is in, which is a hard thing to do because we live 50 miles out of town. We usually come by when we have a doctors appointment or other appointments. Dorothy is the BEST. read more
