They told me to call them back two weeks before the date I needed flowers because they couldn't give me any pricing which I respect. Time came to call them and they basically told me they were too expensive for what I wanted- even tho I had been pretty specific when I last spoke with them. They quoted a price of $300 minimum and refused to acknowledge that I wanted pretty basic things- just the color scheme for a bouquet , mini bouquet and two boutonnières. It felt like the other florist in Napa very much didn't want my business! I'm so glad I decided to call St. Helena Florist because they came in at the price I asked for and delivered beautiful florals in the color scheme I wanted.
